【摘要】：為了更好地理解企業(yè)利用信息系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)競爭優(yōu)勢的機制,基于IT過程觀、能力層次觀和IT競爭戰(zhàn)略等理論,構(gòu)建了信息系統(tǒng)能力、信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用能力、信息系統(tǒng)支持能力與企業(yè)績效之間關(guān)系的理論模型。應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對201家企業(yè)的有效樣本進行數(shù)據(jù)擬合。通過驗證性因子分析驗證了信息系統(tǒng)能力、信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用能力和信息系統(tǒng)支持能力的構(gòu)成。研究結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)利用信息系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)競爭優(yōu)勢必須通過信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用能力、信息系統(tǒng)支持能力等不同中間層次的中介變量實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to better understand the mechanism of using information system to realize competitive advantage, based on the theories of IT process view, capability hierarchy view and IT competitive strategy, this paper constructs information system capability and information system application ability. This paper presents a theoretical model of the relationship between information system support capability and firm performance. The structural equation model is used to fit the valid samples of 201 enterprises. The information system capability is verified by confirmatory factor analysis. The research results show that enterprises must use information system to realize competitive advantage through information system application ability. Information system support ability and other intermediary variables at different intermediate levels are implemented.
