【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展,基于國(guó)際化視野進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新政策、體制和創(chuàng)新體系改革的需求日益迫切�？萍紕�(chuàng)新國(guó)際化已成為推動(dòng)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵舉措,對(duì)于推動(dòng)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。對(duì)東湖高新區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新國(guó)際化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,研究了東湖高新區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新國(guó)際化優(yōu)勢(shì)以及存在的問(wèn)題,提出依據(jù)政策資源、區(qū)內(nèi)資源、人力和金融優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)引進(jìn)國(guó)際化海外人才、營(yíng)造科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、加大科技投融資建設(shè)和完善國(guó)際化政務(wù)服務(wù)體系等措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)東湖高新區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新國(guó)際化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, innovation policy based on the international perspective, system reform and innovation system increasingly urgent demand. Technological innovation internationalization has become to promote the independent innovation ability of enterprise development, a key measure of upgrading the economic structure adjustment and industrial restructuring, has important strategic significance to promote regional economic development. The current situation of East Lake science and technology innovation the internationalization of high tech Zone are analyzed, the research of scientific and technological innovation in East Lake high tech Zone internationalization advantages and existing problems, put forward on the basis of policy resources and area resources, human and financial advantages, through the introduction of overseas talent internationalization, technology innovation environment, increase science and technology investment and financing construction and improving the international affairs service system and other measures, to achieve scientific and technological innovation in East Lake high tech Zone International Development.
