【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟是新創(chuàng)企業(yè)克服新生弱性、獲取組織合法性的重要手段,然而目前有關(guān)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)合法性獲取的聯(lián)盟戰(zhàn)略及其作用機理尚不明晰。借助結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,我們考察組織學(xué)習(xí)在戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)合法性獲取關(guān)系間的中介作用以及環(huán)境動態(tài)性的調(diào)節(jié)作用,結(jié)果顯示:1)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟顯著增強了新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的合法性;2)組織學(xué)習(xí)在戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)合法性獲取的關(guān)系間發(fā)揮著完全中介作用;3)環(huán)境動態(tài)性顯著調(diào)節(jié)了新創(chuàng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟對組織學(xué)習(xí)的影響。具體而言,環(huán)境動態(tài)性越高,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟與組織學(xué)習(xí)的正向關(guān)系越強,反之越弱;4)環(huán)境動態(tài)性還進一步調(diào)節(jié)了組織學(xué)習(xí)對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟與組織合法性的中介作用,表現(xiàn)為被調(diào)節(jié)的中介效應(yīng),即環(huán)境動態(tài)性越高,戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟通過組織學(xué)習(xí)對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)合法性獲取所產(chǎn)生的作用就越強,反之越弱。本研究為分析轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟環(huán)境中新創(chuàng)企業(yè)合法性獲取過程以及驗證戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟在新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的作用機制提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Strategic alliance is an important means for new enterprises to overcome the emerging weakness and obtain the legitimacy of the organization. However, the alliance strategy and its mechanism are not clear. We examine the intermediary role of organizational learning in the relationship between strategic alliance and legitimacy acquisition of the new venture and the regulatory role of environmental dynamics. The results show that the strategic alliance significantly enhances the legitimacy of the new enterprise; 2) organizational learning plays a full intermediary role in the relationship between strategic alliance and legitimacy acquisition of new enterprises; 3) Environmental dynamics significantly regulates the impact of strategic alliances on organizational learning. Specifically, the higher the environmental dynamics, the stronger the positive relationship between strategic alliances and organizational learning, and the weaker the opposite; 4) Environmental dynamics further regulates the intermediary role of organizational learning on the strategic alliance and organizational legitimacy of new enterprises, which is manifested by the regulated intermediary effect, that is, the higher the environmental dynamics is. Strategic alliance through organizational learning on the legitimacy of the new enterprise to obtain the role of the stronger. This study provides a reference for analyzing the process of obtaining the legitimacy of the new venture and validating the mechanism of the strategic alliance in the process of the development of the new venture.
