摘要：

　　目前，，國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)不斷深化改革，煤礦同樣進(jìn)入到關(guān)鍵的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化自主工作實(shí)施，從粗放式管理型逐步過(guò)渡到向集約化管理方向，通過(guò)多年來(lái)的工作實(shí)踐和業(yè)務(wù)探究，提出煤礦加強(qiáng)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理，以及提高煤礦企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要性；煤礦加強(qiáng)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理包括加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本管理、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備管理、礦井質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理、生產(chǎn)人員管理等，將討論上述幾個(gè)問(wèn)題。

Abstract： 

At present ,domestic enterprises continually deepen reform while coal mines enter the key period of standard independent work , which is from extensive management to intensive management . Through long -time working practice and business exploration ,this paper put forward the importance of strengthening economic management and improving economic efficiency in coal enterprises .It also points out that enterprise economic management includes production cost management ,equipment management , mine quality standardization management and production personnel management .
