【摘要】：自2007年起,中國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投資界掀起了一股產(chǎn)業(yè)基金熱潮,從國家到地方各式產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金紛紛成立。國家在金融支持文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策環(huán)境上也呈現(xiàn)出利好趨勢。省級文化產(chǎn)業(yè)基金作為國家之外資金最為雄厚,指向性最為明確的區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資渠道理應(yīng)成為文化與金融融合的中堅(jiān)力量。但在組建和操作的過程中也需要充分考量金融秩序與潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等。
[Abstract]:Since 2007, China's cultural industry investment has set off an industrial fund boom, from the state to local industrial investment funds have been set up. The state also shows a favorable trend in the policy environment of financial support for the development of cultural industry. Provincial cultural industry fund as the most abundant funds outside the country, the most clearly directed regional cultural industry investment and financing channels should become the backbone of cultural and financial integration. However, financial order and potential risks also need to be fully considered in the process of establishment and operation.
