區(qū)域中心城市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:城市,特別是區(qū)域中心城市,如何處理好與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,具有十分重要意義。區(qū)域中心城市是國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要增長(zhǎng)極,其文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)于區(qū)域中心城市及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的整體發(fā)展具有重要影響。本文基于區(qū)域中心城市發(fā)展,結(jié)合區(qū)域中心城市的發(fā)展特征及功能定位,研究區(qū)域中心城市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展特征,進(jìn)而為區(qū)域中心城市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示。 區(qū)域中心城市的城市功能特征決定了區(qū)域中心城市的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展必然不同于一般城市。區(qū)域中心城市的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不僅要滿足國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)的高漲的精神文化需求,還要滿足工業(yè)制造規(guī);髮(duì)文化附加值的更高需求。某些區(qū)域中心城市還要滿足國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢(shì)造就的外部市場(chǎng)的需求。在此背景下,本文的創(chuàng)新性的提出了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的二分法,將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中用于中間投入(中間需求)的部分定義為生產(chǎn)性文化產(chǎn)業(yè),將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中用于個(gè)體最終消費(fèi)的部分定義為生活性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。在此理論基礎(chǔ)上,選取了北京、上海、深圳、昆明作為案例進(jìn)行研究分析。 通過(guò)北京、上海、深圳、昆明的四個(gè)區(qū)域中心城市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究,得出區(qū)域中心城市不僅要發(fā)展生活性文化產(chǎn)業(yè),也要重視發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。北京、上海、深圳由于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)、市場(chǎng)體制健全,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較為成熟,表現(xiàn)出一致特征,即生產(chǎn)性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,擴(kuò)展了區(qū)域中心城市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的輻射區(qū)域,增強(qiáng)了城市集聚、擴(kuò)散和創(chuàng)新功能,促進(jìn)區(qū)域資源再配置、要素再整合;其生活性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮,大力創(chuàng)新文化內(nèi)容,豐富文化產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)的多樣性,不斷滿足區(qū)域內(nèi)不同層次的文化消費(fèi)需求,并與城市文化特色相結(jié)合,將文化創(chuàng)意融入城市文化與城市建設(shè)之中,提升了城市魅力。而昆明正處于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,生活性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)需要進(jìn)一步提升,生產(chǎn)性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)需要進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。 本文在對(duì)區(qū)域中心城市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展內(nèi)在特征闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步總結(jié)了區(qū)域中心城市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示,主要從提升生活性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、夯實(shí)生產(chǎn)性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、加快文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展、完善文化市場(chǎng)體系、引進(jìn)和培育人才、改善城市人文環(huán)境等六方面。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance for cities, especially regional central cities, to deal with the relationship with the development of cultural industry. Regional central city is an important growth pole of national economic development, and the development of its cultural industry has an important impact on the overall development of regional central city and regional economic circle. Based on the development of regional central city and the function orientation of regional central city, this paper studies the development characteristics of regional central city's cultural industry, and then provides experience and enlightenment for the development of regional central city's cultural industry. The urban function of the regional central city determines that the cultural industry development of the regional central city must be different from that of the general city. The development of cultural industry in regional central cities should not only meet the high spiritual and cultural needs brought about by the rapid growth of national economy, but also meet the higher demand for cultural added value after the scale of industrial manufacturing. Some regional central cities also meet the needs of external markets created by national strategic advantages. Under this background, this paper puts forward the dichotomy of cultural industry innovatively, and defines the part of cultural industry used as intermediate input (intermediate demand) as productive cultural industry. The part of cultural industry used for individual final consumption is defined as living culture industry. On the basis of this theory, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Kunming are selected as case studies. Through the research on the cultural industry of four regional central cities in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Kunming, it is concluded that the regional central cities should not only develop living cultural industries, but also attach importance to the development of productive cultural industries. Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen have developed economies, sound market systems, and more mature cultural industries, showing consistent characteristics, namely, the rapid development of productive cultural industries, which has expanded the radiation region of producer services in regional central cities. It strengthens the functions of urban agglomeration, diffusion and innovation, and promotes the regional resource reallocation and the reintegration of the elements. Its living and living cultural industry flourishes, vigorously innovates the cultural content, enriches the diversity of cultural products and services, continuously meets the cultural consumption needs of different levels in the region, and combines with the urban cultural characteristics. The integration of cultural creativity into urban culture and urban construction enhances the charm of the city. But Kunming is in the key period of cultural industry development and transformation, the living culture industry needs to be further promoted, and the productive cultural industry needs to be further developed. On the basis of expounding the inherent characteristics of the development of cultural industry in regional central city, this paper further summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the development of cultural industry in regional central city, mainly from promoting the living culture industry and ramming up the productive cultural industry. We should speed up the development of cultural industry agglomeration, perfect the cultural market system, introduce and cultivate talents, and improve the urban humanistic environment.
