【摘要】：摘要：隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會進步,各國都在大力推動文化產業(yè)的發(fā)展,文化產業(yè)的作用日益凸顯,地位逐漸提升。相較于西方發(fā)達國家的文化產業(yè)發(fā)展情況,中國的文化產業(yè)還有很大的發(fā)展空間,而目前對于文化產業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ难芯肯鄬^少。因此,對區(qū)域文化產業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿M行評價研究,激發(fā)潛力,促進文化產業(yè)良性發(fā)展就顯得至關重要。 本文在閱讀整理歸納前人關于區(qū)域文化產業(yè)和產業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿ο嚓P研究后,根據(jù)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膬群?發(fā)現(xiàn)資源、人才、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟和科技等是影響文化產業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ闹饕蛩�。在此基礎上,運用德爾菲法構建了一個科學合理的區(qū)域文化產業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿υu價體系。以湖南省為例進行個案研究,收集整理2007年湖南省各項指標的數(shù)據(jù),采用模糊綜合評價方法測算結果,得出當時湖南省文化產業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿^大的結論,將2007年評價結果與2012年具體的發(fā)展情況進行比較后,發(fā)現(xiàn)與測算結果契合度較高,所得結論正確,進而表明本文所構建的區(qū)域文化產業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿υu價體系切實可用,證明了評價模型的有效性。最后立足于湖南省的具體實際,從優(yōu)化產業(yè)結構,調整產業(yè)布局,加強創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)意,重視人才培養(yǎng),完善市場體系,加強市場培育幾大方面為湖南文化產業(yè)的良性發(fā)展提供建議。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the development of economy and society, all countries are promoting the development of cultural industry. Compared with the development of the cultural industry in the western developed countries, there is still a lot of room for the development of the cultural industry in China, but there is relatively little research on the development potential of the cultural industry at present. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate and study the development potential of regional cultural industry, to stimulate the potential and to promote the benign development of cultural industry. After reading and summarizing the previous studies on regional cultural industry and industry development potential, according to the connotation of development potential, this paper finds that resources, talents, environment, economy and science and technology are the main factors affecting the development potential of cultural industry. On this basis, a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of regional cultural industry development potential is constructed by using Delphi method. Taking Hunan Province as an example, this paper collects and collates the data of the indexes of Hunan Province in 2007, and calculates the results by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and draws the conclusion that the development potential of cultural industry in Hunan Province was great at that time. After comparing the evaluation results of 2007 with the specific development situation in 2012, it is found that the degree of agreement between the evaluation results and the calculation results is high, and the conclusions obtained are correct, which indicates that the evaluation system of the development potential of the regional cultural industry constructed in this paper is practically available. The validity of the evaluation model is proved. Finally, based on the concrete reality of Hunan Province, it provides suggestions for the benign development of Hunan's cultural industry from the aspects of optimizing the industrial structure, adjusting the industrial layout, strengthening innovation and creativity, attaching importance to the cultivation of talents, perfecting the market system, and strengthening the market cultivation.
