我國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展指導(dǎo)性評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇式發(fā)展,起步于20世紀(jì)90年代,經(jīng)過(guò)十多年的積累,傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力顯著提高。作為一種組織形態(tài),產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇代表了中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)方向,被列入國(guó)家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。然而,相較于傳媒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,我國(guó)的傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇?zé)o論是在規(guī)模和能級(jí)方面,還是在管理和效率方面,都處在初級(jí)發(fā)展階段。近年來(lái),集簇作為傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展壯大的重要載體,越來(lái)越受到學(xué)界及傳媒領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)人士的關(guān)注,但大都基于集簇的成功案例,鮮見(jiàn)對(duì)集簇質(zhì)量和能級(jí)提升的關(guān)注。本文試圖構(gòu)建一種比較適合中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的,具有一定指導(dǎo)性意義的傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以期通過(guò)這一評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的應(yīng)用,為促進(jìn)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇能級(jí)的提升提供參照,并提出相關(guān)的策略。 本文的研究路線(xiàn)是,首先結(jié)合自組織理論和傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè)特性,對(duì)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇評(píng)價(jià)的復(fù)雜性和特殊性進(jìn)行分析,明確評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng)的目標(biāo)和原則;然后借鑒產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈與產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇相關(guān)理論,,探討高端傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇的一個(gè)重要表現(xiàn)是在集簇內(nèi)部,傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈前后銜接、良性互動(dòng)、環(huán)環(huán)相扣、不斷增值,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)于傳媒資源的有效整合和良性循環(huán),并在此指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合波特的“鉆石”模型,借鑒中國(guó)人民大學(xué)城市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)我國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)探索,并運(yùn)用菲爾德法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重;最后基于北京CBD國(guó)際傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇開(kāi)展實(shí)證研究,通過(guò)收集整理相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行測(cè)算,并提出相關(guān)建議。 本文主要研究成果包括:(一)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇及其評(píng)價(jià)的研究成果進(jìn)行了爬梳;(二)基于系統(tǒng)學(xué)自組織理論和傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè)特性,闡釋了構(gòu)建傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的復(fù)雜性,明確了指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的目標(biāo)和原則;(三)從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論的視角,探討了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的完善整合對(duì)于傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇優(yōu)化升級(jí),向高端化演進(jìn)的重要意義,并結(jié)合波特的“鉆石”模型構(gòu)建了我國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇高端化發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及模型;(四)運(yùn)用評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)北京CBD國(guó)際傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,分析了其發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)及問(wèn)題所在,以期為我國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)集簇的不斷壯大提供可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The development of China's media industry started in the 1990s. After more than ten years of accumulation, the competitiveness of the media industry has been improved significantly. As an organizational form, industrial clusters represent the leading direction of the development of Chinese media industry and are included in the development strategy of national cultural industry. However, compared with the media developed countries, China's media industry clusters are in the primary stage of development, both in terms of scale and energy level, as well as in terms of management and efficiency. In recent years, as an important carrier of the media industry, clustering has attracted more and more attention from academic circles and media professionals. However, most of them are based on the successful cases of clustering, so little attention has been paid to the improvement of cluster quality and energy level. This paper attempts to construct an evaluation index system of media industry cluster and high-end development, which is suitable for the development of Chinese media industry and has certain guiding significance, in order to apply this evaluation index system. To promote the promotion of the media industry cluster energy level to provide a reference, and put forward relevant strategies. The research route of this paper is: firstly, combining the self-organization theory and the industry characteristic of the media industry, analyzing the complexity and particularity of the media industry cluster evaluation, making clear the target and principle of the evaluation activity; Then referring to the theory of industry chain and industry cluster, an important performance of high-end media industry cluster is discussed in the cluster, before and after the convergence of the media industry chain, benign interaction, interlocking, increasing value. In order to realize the effective integration and virtuous circle of media resources, and under the guidance of Porter's "Diamond" model, we can learn from the evaluation system of the urban cultural industry development of Renmin University of China. The evaluation index system of China's media industry cluster is designed and explored, and the weight of each index is determined by using the field method. Finally, based on the Beijing CBD international media industry cluster to carry out empirical research, through the collection and collation of relevant data to calculate, and put forward relevant recommendations. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) the research results of industrial chain, cultural and creative industry cluster and their evaluation are reviewed; (2) based on the system self-organization theory and the industry characteristics of the media industry, this paper explains the complexity of constructing the index system of media industry cluster evaluation, and clarifies the goal and principle of constructing the index system; (3) from the perspective of industry chain theory, this paper discusses the significance of the perfect integration of industry chain for the optimization and upgrading of the media industry cluster and its evolution to the higher end. In combination with Porter's "Diamond" model, the guiding evaluation index system and model for the development of China's media industry cluster and high-end development are constructed. (4) using the evaluation model, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the cluster of Beijing CBD international media industry, and analyzes its advantages and problems in order to provide a reliable basis for the continuous growth of China's media industry cluster.
