我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域差異研究

【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟時代,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為了一個國家綜合國力競爭力的象征。十八大報告曾指出,要“推動文化事業(yè)全面繁榮,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展”,然而,我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起步晚,底子薄,,且與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況一樣存在著明顯的區(qū)域差異,但文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展卻并不完全與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相一致,如西部地區(qū)的西藏,甘肅等地,在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展較落后的情況下,仍然表現(xiàn)出文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的繁榮,正是基于這種現(xiàn)象,本文試圖探索我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的區(qū)域差異及其原因。 本文運用2000年~2010年文化產(chǎn)業(yè)相關數(shù)據(jù),通過計算泰爾指數(shù)分析了我國東、中、西部的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展差異,分析結果顯示我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況一樣存在著明顯的差異,但這種差異在逐步縮小,東、中、西部三大地區(qū)中,東部地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模和收入情況最好,且遠超過中、西部地區(qū),但同時東部地區(qū)內(nèi)部省份文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的差異最大。在利用因子分析對我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)域競爭力進行評價時發(fā)現(xiàn):經(jīng)濟發(fā)展落后的地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也相對落后,但這并不是絕對。 分析了我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的區(qū)域差異之后,本文利用回歸分析對我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域差異的形成原因進行了分析。分析顯示,GDP、財政撥款、文化市場經(jīng)營機構總資產(chǎn)都與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)收入存在著正相關關系,城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入與人均文化消費支出存在著明顯的正相關關系。 通過對我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的區(qū)域差異及差異成因分析,本文認為:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展雖然受經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響較大,但并不是經(jīng)濟落后的地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展就一定落后,在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展落后地區(qū),也可以利用文化資源優(yōu)勢發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),以帶動該區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。同時,本文提出:可通過增加人民收入、提升人民文化消費意識、加大政府投資力度、完善文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展市場機制,鼓勵文化市場經(jīng)營機構投資等方法來推動區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, cultural industry has become the symbol of a country's comprehensive national competitiveness. The report of the 18th National Congress of the National people's Congress pointed out that it is necessary to "promote the overall prosperity of cultural undertakings and the rapid development of cultural industries." however, the development of cultural industries in China started late, with a weak foundation, and there are obvious regional differences as well as economic development. However, the development of the cultural industry is not entirely consistent with the economic development. For example, Tibet and Gansu in the western region are still showing the prosperity of the cultural industry despite the relatively backward economic development. This is precisely because of this phenomenon. This paper attempts to explore the regional differences in cultural industries in China and their causes. Based on the relevant data of cultural industry from 2000 to 2010, this paper analyzes the differences in the development of cultural industry in east, middle and west of China by calculating the Thiel index. The results show that there are obvious differences between the development of cultural industry and the economic development in China, but the difference is gradually narrowing. The scale and income of the cultural industry in the east, middle and west are the best. And far beyond the central and western regions, but at the same time, the eastern provinces in the development of cultural industry is the biggest difference. When the factor analysis is used to evaluate the regional competitiveness of China's cultural industry, it is found that the region with backward economic development is also relatively backward in the development of cultural industry, but this is not absolute. After analyzing the regional differences in the development of China's cultural industry, this paper analyzes the causes of the regional differences in China's cultural industries by means of regression analysis. The analysis shows that there is a positive correlation between the GDP, financial allocation and the total assets of the cultural market management institutions and the income of the cultural industry, while the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the per capita cultural consumption expenditure have obvious positive correlation. Based on the analysis of the regional differences and the causes of the differences in the cultural industries in China, this paper holds that the development of the cultural industries is greatly influenced by the economic development, but the development of the cultural industries in the economically backward regions is not necessarily backward. In the backward areas of economic development, cultural resources can also be used to develop cultural industries in order to promote the economic development of the region. At the same time, this paper puts forward that by increasing people's income, raising people's awareness of cultural consumption, increasing government investment, and perfecting the market mechanism of cultural industry development, To promote the development of regional cultural industry by encouraging the investment of cultural market management institutions.
