中國文化創(chuàng)意人才激勵(lì)研究
[Abstract]:Cultural creative industry is a sunrise industry which attracts more and more attention in the world. It is one of the core of promoting the development of cultural creative industry with creative and high-end creative talent resources. The development of cultural and creative industries is different from that of manufacturing and labor-intensive industries. Its development mainly depends on the advantages of high culture, high technology, high management and new economy of creative class and creative group. It is a cultural creation activity that relies heavily on the brainpower and mental abilities of creative talents. In the era of creative economy, more and more enterprises have regarded creativity as an important productive force, and creative employees have become the key to competition among enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to encourage creative talents to promote the development of Chinese creative industry. At present, the present situation of Chinese cultural and creative talents is characterized by youth, bachelor's degree, strong mobility and so on. From the macro level, there are some problems in China's creative talent incentive, such as imperfect policy, imperfect law, environment to be optimized and so on; from the micro level, there are unreasonable talent training, lack of competitive pay, and so on. The team incentive effect is poor, the cultural value falls big difference and so on question. Strengthening the encouragement of cultural and creative talents is an important way to solve these problems. The main body of cultural and creative talents incentive is the government and enterprises, and the object of creative talents motivation is creative talents themselves. There is a contradiction and unity relationship between cultural creative talents and government and enterprises that influence and promote each other. To speed up the development of cultural and creative industries and promote the growth of creative cities is the goal of stimulating creative talents. The macro incentive elements of creative talents include policy incentive, legal incentive and environmental incentive, while micro incentive elements include growth incentive, salary incentive and team incentive. The macro-incentive countermeasures with the government as the main body include perfecting the supporting policies, strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights, creating a good creative environment and changing the traditional incentive thoughts, and the micro-incentive countermeasures with enterprises as the main body include improving the systematic personnel training. Adhere to long-term salary incentives, create a positive team atmosphere, attach importance to talent achievement incentives.
