【摘要】：為積極打造創(chuàng)意城市,"文化區(qū)"成為時(shí)下城市管理者積極采用的空間政策。首先梳理了創(chuàng)意城市話語對城市的空間和產(chǎn)業(yè)的要求,接著討論了"文化區(qū)"的概念辨析和類型劃分,繼而對三類"文化區(qū)"在歐美國家的典型實(shí)踐案例進(jìn)行了討論,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注其對于城市經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、文化及創(chuàng)意形成的影響。最后對我國的文化區(qū)建設(shè)與運(yùn)行模式進(jìn)行了反思,并提出了幾點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:In order to create creative city actively, cultural district becomes the space policy that city manager adopts actively. Firstly, it combs the demand of creative city discourse to the space and industry of city, then discusses the concept differentiation and classification of "cultural district", and then discusses the typical practical cases of three kinds of "cultural district" in European and American countries. Focus on its impact on urban economic, social, cultural and creative formation. In the end, the author reflects on the construction and operation mode of our country's cultural district, and puts forward some enlightenments.
