人民幣升值對(duì)中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響

【摘要】:匯率作為一國(guó)貨幣的對(duì)外價(jià)格,不但是貨幣國(guó)際購(gòu)買力的反映,而且也是調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)部均衡和外部均衡及其相關(guān)關(guān)系的杠桿,在開放經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,匯率變化對(duì)于一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響是巨大的。自2005年7月21日中國(guó)啟動(dòng)新的匯率形成機(jī)制以來(lái),人民幣一直處于一個(gè)升值狀態(tài)。人民幣的長(zhǎng)期升值必然會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等各方面產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響,對(duì)中國(guó)各產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生極大的影響,也必然會(huì)對(duì)正在興起并即將成為國(guó)家支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生大的影響。本文基于人民幣升值這個(gè)社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí),選取正在發(fā)展的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)做為研究對(duì)象來(lái)研究人民幣升值對(duì)我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的具體影響。 本文包含緒論及結(jié)論一共六個(gè)章節(jié),其中緒論主要是對(duì)論文選題、研究意義和方法以及創(chuàng)新做了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)明。第一章分兩部分,第一部分對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)生、定義、分類、特點(diǎn)以及中外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的梳理;第二部分是對(duì)匯率、匯率制度以及人民幣升值的緣由和走向做了一個(gè)初步的介紹。第二章是研究人民幣升值對(duì)于我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)宏觀發(fā)展的影響。該章從文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際發(fā)展環(huán)境、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中的位置和作用、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè)以及文化消費(fèi)四個(gè)方面分析了人民幣升值對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的影響,得出人民幣升值有利于我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際發(fā)展環(huán)境的改進(jìn),有利于促進(jìn)國(guó)家宏觀政策制定對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的傾斜,有利于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè),但在一定程度上也抑制了居民文化消費(fèi)的增長(zhǎng)。第三章是研究人民幣升值對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外文化貿(mào)易的影響。依據(jù)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)分類的特殊性把我國(guó)對(duì)外文化貿(mào)易分核心與非核心兩類產(chǎn)品來(lái)研究人民幣升值所產(chǎn)生的影響,得出人民幣升值對(duì)核心文化產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易影響難以確定,而對(duì)非核心文化產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易是弊大于利。第四章同第三章一樣把文化產(chǎn)業(yè)分核心與非核心生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域來(lái)研究人民幣升值對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)FDI的影響,得出人民幣升值對(duì)外資進(jìn)入核心類文化產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的影響難以確定,對(duì)進(jìn)入非核心文化產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域是利弊皆有,但對(duì)于我國(guó)文化企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資卻是百利而無(wú)一弊。最后一章是對(duì)前面主要研究結(jié)論做了一個(gè)回顧后綜合得出人民幣升值對(duì)我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響是利大于弊的最終結(jié)論,并就應(yīng)對(duì)人民幣升值對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的影響提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:The exchange rate, as the external price of a country's currency, is not only a reflection of the international purchasing power of the currency, but also a lever to regulate the internal and external equilibrium and its related relations. Under the conditions of an open economy, The impact of exchange rate changes on a country's economy is enormous. Since July 21, 2005, China launched a new exchange rate formation mechanism, the RMB has been in a state of appreciation. The long-term appreciation of the RMB will inevitably have a profound impact on China's society, economy and other aspects, and will have a great impact on the development of various industries in China. It will certainly have a great impact on the cultural industry, which is emerging and is about to become the pillar industry of the country. Based on the social reality of RMB appreciation, this paper chooses the developing cultural industry as the research object to study the concrete influence of RMB appreciation on Chinese cultural industry. This paper includes six chapters of introduction and conclusion, in which the introduction mainly gives a brief explanation of the topic, significance and method of research and innovation. The first chapter is divided into two parts. The first part is about the emergence, definition, classification, characteristics and the development of Chinese and foreign cultural industries. The second part is about the exchange rate. Exchange rate system and the reason and trend of RMB appreciation have made a preliminary introduction. The second chapter is to study the impact of RMB appreciation on the macro development of China's cultural industry. This chapter analyzes the impact of RMB appreciation on cultural industry from four aspects: the international development environment of cultural industry, the position and role of cultural industry in the adjustment of national industrial structure, the employment of cultural industry and cultural consumption. It is concluded that the appreciation of RMB is conducive to the improvement of the international development environment of the cultural industry in China, to the promotion of the national macro policy formulation to the development of the cultural industry, and to the employment of the cultural industry. However, to a certain extent, it has also restrained the growth of the residents' cultural consumption. The third chapter is to study the impact of RMB appreciation on China's foreign cultural trade. According to the particularity of cultural industry classification, this paper studies the impact of RMB appreciation on the core and non-core products of China's foreign cultural trade, and concludes that the impact of RMB appreciation on the import and export trade of core cultural products is difficult to determine. The import and export of non-core cultural products is more harmful than good. The fourth chapter divides the cultural industry into core and non-core production fields as the third chapter to study the impact of RMB appreciation on cultural industry FDI, and draws the conclusion that the impact of RMB appreciation on foreign capital entering the core cultural product production field is difficult to determine. There are advantages and disadvantages to entering the field of non-core cultural products production, but there are many advantages and no disadvantages to the foreign direct investment of Chinese cultural enterprises. In the last chapter, after reviewing the main research conclusions, we conclude that the impact of RMB appreciation on the development of China's cultural industry is the final conclusion that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Some suggestions are put forward to deal with the impact of RMB appreciation on cultural industry.
