【摘要】：隨著“文化”的因素在綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的地位和作用更加的突出及明顯，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)也成為了我國(guó)從經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó)走向經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國(guó)的不二選擇。黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院也一直把不斷深化文化體制改革、努力振興文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展放在戰(zhàn)略高度來(lái)看待。韓國(guó)在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面積累了豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，借鑒其在政策引導(dǎo)、投資融資、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、品牌打造、運(yùn)作機(jī)制、社會(huì)支持等方面的成熟做法，從多個(gè)角度和多種維度來(lái)關(guān)照及審視我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中目前存在以及可能出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題。既可以使我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展更好的把握前進(jìn)方向，少走彎路，不斷提高自主創(chuàng)新能力和水平，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)“跨越式”發(fā)展，還可以使我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)更好地融入到經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域一體化的大潮流之中。尤其值得關(guān)注的是，，要切實(shí)采取措施，不斷促進(jìn)和深化中韓文化領(lǐng)域尤其是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)方面的交流與合作，進(jìn)而為中韓戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系全面、健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展，進(jìn)一步拓寬溝通渠道、拓展經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、厚植人文基石。對(duì)此，可以從六個(gè)具體方面來(lái)著手推進(jìn)和深化：一是樹(shù)立合作開(kāi)發(fā)意識(shí)；二是制定共同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；三是形成多元合作體系；四是實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)機(jī)制融合；五是共同推進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)；六是聯(lián)合攻關(guān)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:With the more prominent and obvious role of "culture" in the competition of comprehensive national strength, cultural industry has become an indispensable choice for our country from a big economic power to an economic power. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have also put the deepening of cultural system reform and efforts to revitalize the cultural industry on a strategic level. South Korea has accumulated rich experience in the development of cultural industry, drawing on its mature practices in policy guidance, investment financing, product development, marketing, brand building, operation mechanism, social support, etc. From various angles and dimensions, this paper examines and examines the existing and possible problems in the development of China's cultural industry. Not only can the development of Chinese cultural industry better grasp the direction of progress, avoid detours, constantly improve the ability and level of independent innovation, and thus realize the "leap-forward" development. It can also make our cultural industry better integrate into the trend of economic globalization and regional integration. Of particular concern is the need to take practical measures to continuously promote and deepen exchanges and cooperation in the cultural field between China and South Korea, especially in the cultural industry, so as to contribute to the comprehensive, healthy and sustainable development of the strategic partnership between China and South Korea. Further broaden communication channels, expand the economic base, planting the foundation stone of humanity. In this regard, we can proceed from six specific aspects to promote and deepen: first, to establish a sense of cooperation and development; second, to formulate a common development strategy; third, to form a pluralistic cooperation system; fourth, to realize the integration of market mechanisms; Sixth, key areas of joint efforts to tackle key problems.
