【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃是一門科學(xué)。任何規(guī)劃的本質(zhì)都是重建人與對(duì)象的關(guān)系,規(guī)劃是一個(gè)體系,是一個(gè)人與社會(huì)和自然相互關(guān)系的體系。能否和在怎樣的意義上再建人、社會(huì)和自然的合理關(guān)系就顯得極其重要。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃最本質(zhì)的區(qū)別是它的精神性和精神的關(guān)系性:重建人與社會(huì)和自然精神關(guān)系和精神秩序。"文化生態(tài)"的規(guī)劃思維,是一種與GDP為導(dǎo)向的規(guī)劃思維相反的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展思維。建立與國(guó)土空間規(guī)劃布局的合理關(guān)系是這種秩序關(guān)系的必然要求。"胡煥庸線"應(yīng)當(dāng)成為我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展國(guó)土空間布局必須遵守的原則。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科學(xué)規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵,就是建立這樣一種協(xié)調(diào)和統(tǒng)一的文化生態(tài)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The development plan of cultural industry is a science. The essence of any planning is to reconstruct the relationship between human beings and objects. Planning is a system of interaction between human beings and society and nature. It is extremely important whether and in what sense the rational relationship between society and nature can be rebuilt. The most essential difference between the development plan of cultural industry and that of other industries is that it is spiritual and spiritual: to rebuild the spiritual relationship and order between man and society and nature. " The planning thinking of cultural ecology is a kind of thinking of sustainable development of cultural industry contrary to GDP oriented planning thinking. To establish a reasonable relationship with the layout of land and space planning is the inevitable requirement of this kind of order relationship. " Hu Huanyong line "should become the principle that our country cultural industry development land space distribution must abide by." The key to the scientific planning of cultural industry is to establish such a harmonious and unified cultural ecological relationship.
