【摘要】：文化是一個民族的精神和靈魂，是國家發(fā)展和民族振興的強(qiáng)大力量，也是河南發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和潛力。河南已成為全國重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)大省，新興工業(yè)大省和有影響力的文化大省，進(jìn)入了一個新的發(fā)展階段。河南具有獨特的文化資源，豐富的傳統(tǒng)文化資源，這是河南發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢。但是河南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有喜有憂，本文以文化產(chǎn)業(yè)為突破點，分析河南主要文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題，進(jìn)而提出一些具有建設(shè)性的意見和建議，推進(jìn)河南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 第一部分是本文的引題章節(jié)，這部分對研究背景和選題意義做了一個概略的說明，分析國內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究情況。根據(jù)河南省省情，，指出發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的意義。接下來對本文的研究方法做了簡要的概述，并且指出研究文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的必要性。 第二部分是本文的核心章節(jié)，根據(jù)河南2013河南統(tǒng)計年鑒的數(shù)據(jù)，對河南省主要文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)歸納河南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中取得的成績和存在的主要的問題。由于河南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷經(jīng)不同的階段每個階段都有自己的發(fā)展特點，因此對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析是十分重要的。 第三部分是本文的延伸章節(jié)，是在第二部分的基礎(chǔ)上重點分析河南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的存在的問題。根據(jù)河南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題，本文提出了一些實際可行的解決方法，并對河南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)路徑的選擇給出了一些意見和建議。 近十年來，河南經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展取得突破性進(jìn)展，新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)崛起條件成熟，使得財政對公共文化的投入具備了重要的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，并且居民消費結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了重大變化，文化消費比重不斷提高。消費重心開始向教育、文化、旅游等領(lǐng)域轉(zhuǎn)移，文化建設(shè)已邁入新的境界。因此，河南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會利益不可估量，對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究就變得勢不可擋，尤為重要了。
[Abstract]:Culture is the spirit and soul of a nation, the powerful force of national development and national rejuvenation, as well as the superiority and potential of Henan's development. Henan has become an important economic province, a new industrial province and an influential cultural province, and has entered a new stage of development. Henan has unique cultural resources and rich traditional cultural resources, which is the advantage of Henan's development of cultural industry. However, the development of Henan's cultural industry is full of joys and sorrows. This paper takes the cultural industry as a breakthrough point, analyzes the problems existing in the development of Henan's main cultural industries, and puts forward some constructive suggestions and suggestions. Promote the sustainable development of Henan cultural industry. The first part is the citation chapter of this paper, which gives a general explanation of the research background and the significance of the topic, and analyzes the research situation of the cultural industry at home and abroad. According to the situation of Henan province, the significance of developing cultural industry is pointed out. Then the research methods of this paper are briefly summarized, and the necessity of cultural industry research is pointed out. The second part is the core chapter of this paper. According to the data of Henan 2013 Henan Statistical Yearbook, the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the main cultural industries in Henan Province. On this basis, the achievements and main problems in Henan cultural industry development are summarized. Since the development of Henan cultural industry has its own characteristics in different stages, it is very important to analyze the present situation of the development of cultural industry. The third part is the extension of this article, on the basis of the second part of the cultural industry in Henan Province is focused on the existing problems. According to the problems existing in the development of Henan cultural industry, this paper puts forward some practical and feasible solutions, and gives some opinions and suggestions on the choice of Henan cultural industry path. In the past ten years, the economic and social development of Henan Province has made a breakthrough progress, and the rising conditions of new industries and cultural industries are ripe, which makes the financial investment in public culture have an important material basis, and the consumption structure of residents has undergone significant changes. The proportion of cultural consumption continues to increase. The focus of consumption began to shift to education, culture, tourism and other fields, cultural construction has entered a new state. Therefore, the economic, political and social benefits brought about by the development of Henan cultural industry are inestimable, and the research on the present situation of cultural industry development becomes irresistible, which is particularly important.
