【摘要】:文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)己成為當(dāng)前世界先進(jìn)國(guó)家與地區(qū)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展動(dòng)力,相較于我國(guó)大陸,臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在政策理念的前瞻性、國(guó)際交流的開(kāi)放性以及創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面都頗具優(yōu)勢(shì),研究臺(tái)灣這樣語(yǔ)言相通、文化同源地區(qū)的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)于大陸的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展更具現(xiàn)實(shí)參考意義。 臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)從社區(qū)總體營(yíng)造開(kāi)始至今己從開(kāi)創(chuàng)期步入成熟期,形成了四大領(lǐng)域共計(jì)十五大類(lèi)別。而創(chuàng)意生活產(chǎn)業(yè)作為臺(tái)灣所獨(dú)有的產(chǎn)業(yè)類(lèi)型與產(chǎn)業(yè)范疇,也是最富開(kāi)創(chuàng)精神的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)類(lèi)別,更是可以高度整合性質(zhì)互異行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)分類(lèi),可與不同產(chǎn)業(yè)或相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)合。而且創(chuàng)意生活產(chǎn)業(yè)因其獨(dú)具特色的生活美學(xué)而具有更高的社會(huì)價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn),成為一項(xiàng)在全球化語(yǔ)境下依托于傳統(tǒng)文化與本地文化發(fā)展的民生事業(yè),最能體現(xiàn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展本質(zhì)與最終目的。 臺(tái)灣創(chuàng)意生活產(chǎn)業(yè)包含“核心知識(shí)”、“高質(zhì)美感”和“深度體驗(yàn)”三項(xiàng)要素,涵蓋食衣住行育樂(lè)等不同生活領(lǐng)域,從地方文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的推動(dòng)發(fā)展中應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,逐漸形成獨(dú)特的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,這也是與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行區(qū)分的最根本之處。 本文從臺(tái)灣社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)的變遷來(lái)探討創(chuàng)意生活產(chǎn)業(yè)的形成背景,契合當(dāng)代臺(tái)灣體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)與服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)并存的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)特質(zhì),并依據(jù)臺(tái)灣當(dāng)局所實(shí)施的產(chǎn)業(yè)推動(dòng)計(jì)劃和產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)際情況對(duì)創(chuàng)意生活產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程進(jìn)行分期梳理。文章通過(guò)闡述創(chuàng)意生活產(chǎn)業(yè)的基本理論,分析臺(tái)灣創(chuàng)意生活產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合篩選出的經(jīng)典案例探討創(chuàng)意生活產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力課題和實(shí)際存在的問(wèn)題,分析臺(tái)灣傳統(tǒng)生活產(chǎn)業(yè)的“創(chuàng)意升級(jí)”過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Cultural and creative industries have become the new driving force of economic development in advanced countries and regions in the world. Compared with mainland China and Taiwan, the cultural and creative industries in Taiwan are forward-looking in terms of policy concepts. The openness of international communication and the competitive power of creative design have many advantages. The study of cultural and creative industries in the same cultural regions is of practical significance to the development of cultural industries in mainland China. The cultural and creative industries in Taiwan have entered the mature period from the initial stage to the mature stage from the general construction of the community, forming 15 categories of four major fields. As a unique type and category of industries in Taiwan, creative life industry is also the most pioneering spirit of the cultural and creative industries, but also can be highly integrated with the industry classification of different industries, and can be combined with different industries or related industries. Moreover, the creative life industry has a higher social value standard because of its unique life aesthetics, and has become a livelihood undertaking relying on the development of traditional culture and local culture in the context of globalization. Cultural creative industry can best reflect the nature of the development and the ultimate purpose. The creative life industry in Taiwan consists of "core knowledge", "high quality aesthetic sense" and "deep experience", covering different life areas, such as food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, music, and so on. As a result, Taiwan's creative life industry emerged as the times require in the promotion of the development of the local cultural industry. Gradually forming a unique industrial management model, which is the most fundamental to distinguish with other industries. This paper discusses the formation background of creative life industry from the changes of Taiwan's social and economic forms, which is in line with the social and economic characteristics of contemporary Taiwan's experience economy and service economy. The development process of creative life industry is sorted out by stages according to the industrial promotion plan and the actual situation of the industry implemented by the Taiwan authorities. By expounding the basic theory of creative life industry, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of creative life industry in Taiwan, and discusses the competitiveness and practical problems of creative life industry in combination with the selected classic cases. This paper analyzes the process of "creative upgrading" in Taiwan's traditional life industry.
