【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目是發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的基本載體，具有消耗低、污染小、高附加、潛力大等優(yōu)勢(shì)，，被譽(yù)為綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目。近年來伴隨著文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)數(shù)量的快速增長(zhǎng)和建設(shè)規(guī)模的不斷增大，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目融資問題成為影響文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的重要問題之一。文化產(chǎn)品不同于基本的物質(zhì)必需品，富有精神性、娛樂性、創(chuàng)新性，能夠滿足人民群眾日益增長(zhǎng)的多樣化、多層次精神層次需求，對(duì)于擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、增加就業(yè)、拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有十分重要的意義。 文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施是一個(gè)龐大的系統(tǒng)工程，涉及到人才、資本、技術(shù)等方方面面的問題，而當(dāng)前，導(dǎo)致許多文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施的主要障礙就是融資問題。本文主要針對(duì)DF市古城文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的融資問題，從項(xiàng)目融資模式的基本概念和基本理論入手，通過實(shí)地調(diào)研和專家訪談，得出該項(xiàng)目融資過程中遇到的主要問題是資金需求量大且融資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、對(duì)外融資模式簡(jiǎn)單、融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高、金融市場(chǎng)體系不健全等，通過分析這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因，總結(jié)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目融資的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出了適用于DF古城文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的五種融資模式。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry project is the basic carrier of the development of cultural industry. It has the advantages of low consumption, low pollution, high addition and great potential. It is known as the green industry project. In recent years, with the rapid growth of the number of cultural industry projects and the continuous increase of construction scale, the financing of cultural industry projects has become one of the important issues affecting the development of cultural industry projects. Cultural products are different from basic material necessities. They are spiritual, entertaining, and innovative. They can meet the increasing diversity and multi-level spiritual needs of the people, and they can expand domestic demand and increase employment. Stimulating economic growth has very important significance. The implementation of cultural industry project is a huge systematic project, which involves the problems of talents, capital, technology and so on. At present, the main obstacle to the successful implementation of many cultural industry projects is the financing problem. This article mainly aims at the financing problem of the cultural industry project in the ancient city of DF, starting with the basic concept and basic theory of the project financing mode, through the field investigation and the expert interview. It is concluded that the main problems encountered in the financing process of the project are large demand for funds and unreasonable financing structure, simple external financing mode, high financing risk, imperfect financial market system, and so on. This paper summarizes the experience of cultural industry project financing in developed countries and puts forward five financing modes suitable for DF ancient city cultural industry project.
