河北省居民文化消費(fèi)條件模型和消費(fèi)條件指數(shù)研究

【摘要】:長期以來,由于經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展水平的限制,我們主要關(guān)注于物質(zhì)消費(fèi),而忽視了文化消費(fèi)。改革開放后,尤其是進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和消費(fèi)市場的日益繁榮,人們的物質(zhì)需求得到了基本滿足,文化消費(fèi)即將成為現(xiàn)在社會(huì)的消費(fèi)主流。然而,文化消費(fèi)在迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也出現(xiàn)了許多不容忽視的問題,這些問題對(duì)于我們的文化發(fā)展進(jìn)程有著非常不利的影響。因此,加強(qiáng)對(duì)居民文化消費(fèi)條件的研究具有極為重要的意義。 本文主要以河北省居民文化消費(fèi)條件為研究對(duì)象,共分為五部分。第一部分介紹了選題背景、研究目的和意義、基本概念界定、研究思路和方法以及研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足。第二部分對(duì)相關(guān)理論研究進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)評(píng)述。接下來第三部分到第五部分是文章的主體部分:首先,文章對(duì)河北省居民文化消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行了研究,然后從文化消費(fèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、金融體制和社會(huì)文化消費(fèi)環(huán)境三個(gè)方面對(duì)文化消費(fèi)條件影響文化消費(fèi)的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。接著根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果,筆者構(gòu)造了文化消費(fèi)條件模型,利用2006—2010年河北省11個(gè)重點(diǎn)城市的面板數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)文化消費(fèi)條件模型進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和檢驗(yàn),得到了河北省文化消費(fèi)條件的回歸方程,并且提出了文化消費(fèi)條件指數(shù)的概念和計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算了河北省11個(gè)重點(diǎn)城市的文化消費(fèi)條件指數(shù),得到了河北省各地區(qū)文化消費(fèi)條件發(fā)展不平衡的結(jié)論。最后,文章提出了進(jìn)一步改善河北省居民文化消費(fèi)條件狀況的相關(guān)對(duì)策建議,主要涉及到文化消費(fèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、金融體制、社會(huì)文化消費(fèi)環(huán)境、各地區(qū)應(yīng)針對(duì)性地改善地區(qū)文化消費(fèi)條件等方面。 本研究最終得出以下結(jié)論: 第一,文化消費(fèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、金融體制和社會(huì)文化消費(fèi)環(huán)境等客觀消費(fèi)條件對(duì)河北省文化消費(fèi)有著重要影響。根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響河北省居民文化消費(fèi)的社會(huì)條件按影響程度由強(qiáng)到弱的順序依次是:公共文化設(shè)施的種類和數(shù)目、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施(交通、電力等)、與周圍人的收入差距、社會(huì)保障水平、信息通訊、金融和信貸環(huán)境?梢妼(duì)大多數(shù)居民來說,文化消費(fèi)條件對(duì)他們文化消費(fèi)的影響是很大的,尤其是公共文化設(shè)施、交通和電力等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施以及收入差距,在統(tǒng)計(jì)百分比中,它們出現(xiàn)的頻率最高高達(dá)14.41%。另外,其他幾種文化消費(fèi)條件也有著很高的頻率,例如社會(huì)保障水平頻率高達(dá)12.24%。 第二,各個(gè)文化消費(fèi)條件對(duì)居民文化消費(fèi)的貢獻(xiàn)率大小不同。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算的結(jié)果顯示,2010年文化消費(fèi)條件對(duì)河北省文化消費(fèi)水平的貢獻(xiàn)率按從大到小的順序依次是:文化機(jī)構(gòu)(27.73%)、農(nóng)村基尼系數(shù)(-23.73%)、金融體制(13.92%)、社會(huì)保障水平(7.48%),各個(gè)文化消費(fèi)條件的貢獻(xiàn)率有著明顯差異。 第三,河北省各地區(qū)的文化消費(fèi)條件發(fā)展不平衡。通過計(jì)算并比較分析2010年河北省11個(gè)重點(diǎn)城市的文化消費(fèi)指數(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn),唐山(261.00)、石家莊(234.42)、秦皇島(226.72)等城市的文化消費(fèi)條件貢獻(xiàn)值要遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于滄州(90.04)、衡水(68.03)等城市的文化消費(fèi)條件貢獻(xiàn)值。 本文主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn): (1)研究對(duì)象的創(chuàng)新。目前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)影響文化消費(fèi)的非收入因素(主要是客觀消費(fèi)條件)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)而深入的研究并不多,大多數(shù)只是在政策建議里一帶而過。本文以河北省文化消費(fèi)條件為研究對(duì)象,是對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)界文化消費(fèi)理論的有益補(bǔ)充。 (2)研究方法的創(chuàng)新。目前大多數(shù)學(xué)者對(duì)影響文化消費(fèi)的因素只是做定性分析,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)而深入地實(shí)證研究并且給出詳實(shí)的分析結(jié)果的少之又少。本文在問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,將一系列非收入因素作為因變量,建立了河北省文化消費(fèi)條件模型,是對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)界在該領(lǐng)域研究方法的有益探索。 (3)本文根據(jù)學(xué)術(shù)界的相關(guān)研究成果推導(dǎo)了“文化消費(fèi)條件指數(shù)”的計(jì)算公式,并且計(jì)算和比較了河北省11個(gè)重點(diǎn)城市的文化消費(fèi)條件指數(shù),比較分析了河北省現(xiàn)有文化消費(fèi)條件的狀況。這不僅具有重要的理論意義,更為政府和有關(guān)部門制定政策提供了一定的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, due to the restriction of the level of economic and social development, we mainly pay attention to material consumption and neglect cultural consumption. After the reform and opening up, especially since the new century, with the rapid development of the economy and the increasing prosperity of the consumer market, the material needs of the people have been basically met, and the cultural consumption is about to become the present society. However, while cultural consumption is developing rapidly, there are many problems that can not be ignored. These problems have a very negative impact on our cultural development process. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the study on the conditions of residents' cultural consumption.
This article mainly takes the cultural consumption conditions of Hebei residents as the research object, which is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the definition of the basic concepts, the ideas and methods of the research, the innovation and deficiency of the research. The second part makes a systematic review of the related theoretical research. The next third parts to fifth Part of the main part of the article: first, the article studies the status and problems of Hebei residents' cultural consumption, and then analyses the mechanism of cultural consumption from three aspects of cultural consumption infrastructure, financial system and social and cultural consumption environment. The culture consumption condition model was built, and the cultural consumption condition model was analyzed and tested by the panel data of 11 key cities in Hebei province from 2006 to 2010. The regression equation of cultural consumption conditions in Hebei province was obtained. The concept and calculation formula of cultural consumption condition index were put forward, and 11 key cities in Hebei province were calculated. The cultural consumption condition index of the city has obtained the conclusion that the development of cultural consumption conditions in various regions of Hebei province is unbalanced. Finally, the article puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the conditions of cultural consumption in Hebei Province, mainly involving the cultural consumption infrastructure, the financial system, the social and cultural consumption environment, and the areas should be targeted. To improve the conditions of cultural consumption in the region.
This study finally draws the following conclusions:
First, the objective consumption conditions such as the cultural consumption infrastructure, the financial system and the social and cultural consumption environment have an important influence on the cultural consumption in Hebei province. According to the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey, it is found that the social conditions affecting the cultural consumption of the residents in Hebei are in the order of the strong or weak influence in order that the public cultural facilities are in turn. Types and numbers, infrastructure (transportation, electricity, etc.), income gap with the surrounding people, social security level, information communication, financial and credit environment. It can be seen that for most residents, cultural consumption has a great impact on their cultural consumption, especially public cultural facilities, transportation and electricity infrastructure, and income gap, Among the statistical percentages, they have the highest frequency of up to 14.41%., and several other cultural consumption conditions have a high frequency, for example, the frequency of social security is up to 12.24%..
Second, the contribution rate of cultural consumption to the consumption of cultural consumption is different. It is a useful exploration for the academic circles in this field.
(3) this paper derives the calculation formula of "cultural consumption condition index" according to the relevant research results of the academic circles, and calculates and compares the cultural consumption conditions index of 11 key cities in Hebei Province, and compares and analyzes the existing conditions of the existing cultural consumption conditions in Hebei province.
