【摘要】：西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特別是文化新興業(yè)態(tài)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略�？v觀(guān)歐洲主要國(guó)家發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的歷史,政府都較注重扶持政策和社會(huì)投入,尤其注重把握政府角色和調(diào)動(dòng)企業(yè)積極性。文化新興業(yè)態(tài)的發(fā)展,文化與科技融合是關(guān)鍵因素之一。蘇州文化新興業(yè)態(tài)與科技融合不僅要體現(xiàn)在內(nèi)容層面,還需要體現(xiàn)在服務(wù)層面、網(wǎng)絡(luò)層面,必須按照產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的要求,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,按照產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚要求提供人才支撐,以最經(jīng)濟(jì)的方式,匯聚單個(gè)文化企業(yè)的力量,促使文化新興業(yè)態(tài)形成濃厚的創(chuàng)新氛圍、生產(chǎn)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The western developed countries regard the development of cultural industry, especially the new form of culture, as the national strategy of economic development. Throughout the history of the development of cultural industries in major European countries, governments have paid more attention to supporting policies and social investment, especially to grasping the role of government and mobilizing the enthusiasm of enterprises. The integration of culture and science and technology is one of the key factors in the development of new culture. The integration of Suzhou culture emerging industry and science and technology should not only be embodied in the content level, but also in the service level and the network level. The market environment of industrial cooperation must be constructed according to the requirements of industrial production. According to the requirement of industrial agglomeration, we can provide talent support, pool the strength of a single cultural enterprise in the most economical way, and promote the formation of a strong innovation atmosphere, productivity and competitive advantage in the new industry of culture.
