【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著改革開(kāi)放的發(fā)展,全國(guó)上下出現(xiàn)了前所未有的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展高潮。萍鄉(xiāng)市蘆溪鎮(zhèn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)也初具規(guī)模,呈現(xiàn)出健康向上、蓬勃發(fā)展的良好態(tài)勢(shì),有力地推動(dòng)了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。蘆溪鎮(zhèn)的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)擁有優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化資源,產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,但是也面臨著前所未有的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。如何進(jìn)一步深化體制改革、調(diào)優(yōu)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高創(chuàng)新能力等都是蘆溪鎮(zhèn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目前需要解決的主要難題。 本文在充分借鑒已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用靜態(tài)分析與動(dòng)態(tài)分析相結(jié)合的方法,從知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、區(qū)域增長(zhǎng)極理論、集群理論出發(fā),對(duì)蘆溪鎮(zhèn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察,通過(guò)研究蘆溪鎮(zhèn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),由此找出在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題和不足,并主要從轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能、深化體制改革、調(diào)優(yōu)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、推進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)新,培訓(xùn)文化人才、完善法律法規(guī)、推進(jìn)園區(qū)建設(shè)、塑造文化品牌等方面提出了切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策和建議,為蘆溪鎮(zhèn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和決策參考。蘆溪鎮(zhèn)文化資源豐富,發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?只要緊緊抓住國(guó)家深化文化體制改革這一歷史性機(jī)遇,以紅色、古色、綠色三大特色文化資源為依托,以創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制、面向市場(chǎng)、增強(qiáng)活力為重點(diǎn),整合優(yōu)化資本、人才、技術(shù)等資源要素,重點(diǎn)發(fā)展一批文化產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目、培育一批有影響力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的文化企業(yè)、打造一批著名文化品牌,建成門(mén)類(lèi)齊全、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)有力、效益明顯的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,蘆溪鎮(zhèn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)就能成為加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的重要途徑,成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。 本文雖然分析了蘆溪鎮(zhèn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)以后的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也提出了切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策,但文中所提到的有關(guān)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)方面的內(nèi)容還不是很豐富,所提出的解決措施還需要結(jié)合全縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展展開(kāi)調(diào)查研究,這些不足也是以后的研究方向。希望此文會(huì)引起學(xué)者對(duì)這一課題的關(guān)注,從而對(duì)推動(dòng)全國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起到點(diǎn)滴的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of reform and opening-up, the national cultural industry has experienced an unprecedented climax. The cultural industry of Luxi Town in Pingxiang City has also taken shape, showing a good situation of healthy and vigorous development, which has promoted the development of county economy. The cultural industry of Luxi Town has excellent traditional cultural resources, and the industry is faced with good opportunities for development, but it also faces unprecedented difficulties and challenges. How to further deepen the system reform, adjust the industrial structure and improve the innovation ability are the main problems that need to be solved in the development of the cultural industry in Luxi Town. Based on the existing research results, this paper uses the method of combining static analysis and dynamic analysis to investigate the cultural industry of Luxi Town from the view of knowledge economy theory, regional growth pole theory and cluster theory. By studying the present situation and advantages of the development of cultural industry in Luxi Town, the problems and shortcomings in the development of cultural industry are found out, and mainly from the transformation of government functions, the deepening of system reform, the adjustment of industrial structure, and the promotion of cultural innovation. In order to provide theoretical basis and decision reference for the development of cultural industry in Luxi Town, practical countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in such aspects as training cultural talents, perfecting laws and regulations, promoting the construction of parks and shaping cultural brands. Luxi Town is rich in cultural resources and has great potential for development. So long as we grasp the historic opportunity of deepening the cultural system reform, rely on the cultural resources with red, ancient colors and green characteristics, and innovate the system mechanism and face the market, Focusing on enhancing vitality, integrating and optimizing capital, talents, technology and other resource elements, focusing on developing a number of cultural industry superiority projects, cultivating a number of influential and competitive cultural enterprises, and creating a number of famous cultural brands, with a full range of categories. The cultural industry of Luxi Town can be an important way to speed up the transformation of economic development mode and become the pillar industry of national economy. Although this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the cultural industry development in Luxi Town, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures for the future industrial development, the contents of the cultural industry mentioned in this paper are not very rich. The proposed solutions also need to be combined with the county cultural industry development to carry out investigation and research, these deficiencies are also the direction of future research. It is hoped that this paper will attract scholars' attention to this subject and play a little role in promoting the development of national cultural industry.
