【摘要】：使用關(guān)聯(lián)性分析和政策分析的研究方法,結(jié)合相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)資料,分析了我國臺灣地區(qū)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)政策及其支撐體系。結(jié)果表明:我國臺灣地區(qū)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策關(guān)聯(lián)性相對較強(qiáng),現(xiàn)有的大部分實(shí)施細(xì)則可以較好地支撐其配套政策;其多元資金挹注和市場流通及擴(kuò)展方面的政策具有較強(qiáng)的關(guān)聯(lián)性,但其產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)及輔導(dǎo)和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效益方面的政策存在協(xié)調(diào)不當(dāng)、管理不善和執(zhí)行力不強(qiáng)等問題,其人才培養(yǎng)及媒合方面的政策有待完善和補(bǔ)充。最后提出了有利于我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:By using the research methods of relevance analysis and policy analysis, this paper analyzes the relevant policies and supporting system of cultural and creative industries in Taiwan region. The results show that the policy relevance of the cultural and creative industries in Taiwan is relatively strong, and most of the existing implementation rules can better support the supporting policies; It has strong correlation with the policies of market circulation and expansion, but its policies on industrial R & D and guidance and efficiency of industrial agglomeration have some problems, such as improper coordination, poor management and weak execution, etc. Its personnel training and coordination policy needs to be improved and supplemented. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of cultural and creative industries in China.
