文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域綠色發(fā)展的影響研究——基于省際面板數(shù)據(jù)的空間計(jì)量分析

【摘要】:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)可通過(guò)規(guī)模提升效應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化效應(yīng)、創(chuàng)新帶動(dòng)效應(yīng)和綠色消費(fèi)效應(yīng)四個(gè)方面影響區(qū)域綠色發(fā)展。利用SBM-DDF模型測(cè)度區(qū)域綠色發(fā)展效率,基于中國(guó)30個(gè)省市區(qū)2005—2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建空間面板杜賓模型實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)各效應(yīng)的相對(duì)重要性及其空間溢出效應(yīng)的實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:第一,在不同的空間關(guān)聯(lián)模式下,中國(guó)的區(qū)域綠色發(fā)展均存在顯著的空間依賴性和空間異質(zhì)性,通過(guò)控制地理相鄰位置因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)關(guān)系因素以及二者的混合關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域綠色發(fā)展確實(shí)存在空間溢出效應(yīng);第二,規(guī)模提升效應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化效應(yīng)以及綠色消費(fèi)效應(yīng)均表現(xiàn)出顯著的正向空間溢出性,而創(chuàng)新帶動(dòng)效應(yīng)則表現(xiàn)出顯著的負(fù)向空間溢出性,且其中規(guī)模提升效應(yīng)對(duì)周邊區(qū)域綠色發(fā)展的外溢影響最大。
[Abstract]:The cultural industry can influence the regional green development through four aspects: scale enhancement effect, structure optimization effect, innovation driving effect and green consumption effect. Using the SBM-DDF model to measure the efficiency of regional green development, based on the panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in China from 2005 to 2014, the empirical results of constructing spatial panel Dobbin model to test the relative importance of each effect and its spatial spillover effect are as follows: first, Under different spatial correlation models, the regional green development in China has significant spatial dependence and spatial heterogeneity. By controlling geographical adjacent location factors, economic interaction factors and the mixed relationship between the two factors, regional green development in China has significant spatial dependence and heterogeneity. It is found that cultural industry does have spatial spillover effect on regional green development. Secondly, scale enhancement effect, structure optimization effect and green consumption effect all show significant positive spatial spillover effect. However, the effect of innovation leads to negative spatial spillover, and the scale enhancement effect has the biggest effect on the spillover of green development in the surrounding area.
