【摘要】：文化科技融合不僅為傳統(tǒng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)注入了活力，更帶來了新的文化業(yè)態(tài)，創(chuàng)造了新的文化形式，由此產(chǎn)生了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。本論文論述了文化、科技以及文化科技從概念層面以及實踐層面的融合模式。探究世界城市文化科技融合發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及模式，借鑒英國倫敦政府主導(dǎo)型模式、美國紐約市場導(dǎo)向型模式、日本東京產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向型模式等世界城市文化科技融合發(fā)展模式。本文著重介紹了世界城市文化科技融合的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)分析，主要從促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及延長產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、促進(jìn)就業(yè)、刺激和強(qiáng)化區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的制度創(chuàng)新等四個方面闡述。說明了文化與科技融合的重要性。 論文結(jié)合北京文化科技融合發(fā)展的背景和意義，從科技支撐下的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展、文化科技融合政策保障體系的建立、文化與科技融合支撐平臺的建立三個方面詳細(xì)分析了現(xiàn)階段北京文化科技融合發(fā)展過程中的狀況，以及文化科技融合中存在的問題。同時結(jié)合定量分析，通過統(tǒng)計分析軟件SPSS16.0從數(shù)理上分析科技對于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響，進(jìn)一步證實了文化科技融合發(fā)展的重要性。最后得出了北京文化科技融合發(fā)展模式借鑒及政策建議，借鑒世界城市文化科技融合發(fā)展三種模式，針對北京市文化科技融合提出一些可行性的建議，主要從政府主導(dǎo)政策制定、融資渠道分析、發(fā)展中國特色文化科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)、人才隊伍的建設(shè)以及國際影響力傳播等角度探討。
[Abstract]:The fusion of culture and science and technology has not only injected vitality into the traditional cultural industry, but also brought about a new cultural form and created a new cultural form, which has produced enormous economic and social benefits.This paper discusses the fusion model of culture, science and technology from the concept level and the practical level.This paper probes into the present situation and mode of the integration of world city culture and science and technology, and draws lessons from the development model of world city culture and science and technology, such as the leading mode of London government, the market oriented mode of American New York, and the industry oriented mode of Tokyo, Japan, etc.This paper focuses on the analysis of the economic effects of the integration of culture and science and technology in the world, mainly from four aspects: promoting economic growth, optimizing industrial structure and prolonging industrial chain, promoting employment, stimulating and strengthening the institutional innovation of regional economic development.It illustrates the importance of the fusion of culture and science and technology.Based on the background and significance of Beijing's cultural and scientific integration, the paper discusses the booming development of cultural and creative industries supported by science and technology, and the establishment of a policy guarantee system for cultural and scientific integration.The establishment of the supporting platform for the integration of culture and science and technology analyzes in detail the current situation in the development of cultural and scientific integration in Beijing and the problems existing in the integration of culture and science and technology.Combined with quantitative analysis, the influence of science and technology on cultural industry is analyzed mathematically by statistical analysis software SPSS16.0, which further proves the importance of cultural science and technology integration and development.Finally, the author draws lessons from Beijing culture and science and technology integration development model and policy recommendations, draws lessons from the three models of world city culture science and technology integration development, and puts forward some feasible suggestions for Beijing culture science and technology integration.This paper mainly discusses from the angle of government leading policy making, financing channel analysis, developing culture and science and technology amalgamation industry with Chinese characteristics, the construction of talent team and international influence dissemination.
