【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是時代發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,是知識經(jīng)濟的集中表現(xiàn)形式,是世界市場、知識和高新技術(shù)相結(jié)合而發(fā)展起來的一種新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。為適應(yīng)國際發(fā)展潮流,實現(xiàn)文化強國戰(zhàn)略,黨中央、國務(wù)院提出了一系列切實可行的文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與政策,為我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供了發(fā)展思路和政策保障�？h是我國基層行政區(qū)域,縣域經(jīng)濟是我國經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分。由于各縣情不一,因此各縣的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也參差不齊。貴州省盤縣位于我國西南山區(qū),憑借其豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源和優(yōu)越的區(qū)位條件,現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為我國南方重要的能源基地,是我省著名的“煤電大縣”之一,是我省能夠進入全國百強縣的少數(shù)幾個縣區(qū)中的一員。由于盤縣長期以來側(cè)重于有形經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,忽略了無形經(jīng)濟在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的作用,因此盤縣經(jīng)濟發(fā)展長期處于“單腿跑步”的狀態(tài)。本文從民族學(xué)、人類學(xué)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)管理學(xué)等學(xué)科背景出發(fā),通過實地田野調(diào)查,對盤縣文化資源、文化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等方面進行了較為翔實的資料和數(shù)據(jù)收集,為探討盤縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題以及對策思考提供了研究方法和理論指導(dǎo),以及數(shù)據(jù)支撐。本論文除緒論和結(jié)語兩部分外,其主要研究內(nèi)容如下:第一章主要介紹盤縣自然地理環(huán)境、歷史人文環(huán)境、文化資源構(gòu)成及其特征等方面內(nèi)容;第二章主要探討了盤縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成、取得成就,以及盤縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在需求側(cè)和供求側(cè)方面存在的問題;第三章主要介紹了盤縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的有利條件、不利條件、及其保障性因素;第四章主要從盤縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)和需求側(cè)兩大方面的具體探討轉(zhuǎn)型升級的路徑和對策。本論文認(rèn)為堅持以創(chuàng)新為主,科學(xué)、合理開發(fā)縣域自然、歷史文化、民族文化等資源。引導(dǎo)人民群眾參與文化建設(shè)的積極性,充分激發(fā)人民群眾在繁榮縣域文化中的主人翁作用。充分肯定市場在資源配置中的基礎(chǔ)性作用是盤縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的必由之路�？傊�,要實現(xiàn)盤縣從文化大縣到文化強縣的轉(zhuǎn)變,可謂任重道遠。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is the product of the development of the times, the concentrated manifestation of knowledge economy, and a new industry developed by the combination of knowledge and high technology in the world market.In order to adapt to the international development trend and realize the strategy of cultural power, the Party Central Committee and the State Council put forward a series of feasible cultural development strategies and policies, which provided the development ideas and policy guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of China's cultural industry.County is our basic administrative region, county economy is an important part of our economy.Because each county situation is different, therefore each county's cultural industry development is also uneven.Pan County of Guizhou Province is located in the mountainous area of southwest China. With its rich mineral resources and superior location conditions, it has developed into an important energy base in the south of China and is one of the famous "big coal and electricity counties" in our province.Is our province can enter the national hundred strong counties of a few counties and districts of a member.Because Panxian has been focusing on the development of tangible economy for a long time and neglected the role of invisible economy in the development of national economy, the development of Panxian economy has been in the state of "running on one leg" for a long time.Based on the background of ethnology, anthropology, cultural industry management and other disciplines, this paper, through field investigation, analyzes the construction of cultural resources and cultural infrastructure in Panxian County.The development of cultural industry and other aspects of the more detailed information and data collection, for exploring the current situation of cultural industry development in Panxian, existing problems and countermeasures to provide research methods and theoretical guidance, as well as data support.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main contents of this thesis are as follows: the first chapter mainly introduces the natural geographical environment, historical and human environment, cultural resources composition and its characteristics of Panxian County;The second chapter mainly discusses the composition and achievements of the cultural industry in Panxian County, and the problems existing in the demand side and the supply and demand side of the cultural industry in Panxian County, the third chapter mainly introduces the favorable conditions and unfavorable conditions for the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry in Panxian County.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the path and countermeasures of transformation and upgrading from the supply side and demand side of Panxian cultural industry.In this paper, we insist on innovation-oriented, scientific and rational development of natural, historical and cultural resources.Guide the people's enthusiasm to participate in cultural construction, and fully stimulate the people's role as masters in the prosperity of county culture.Fully affirming the fundamental role of the market in the allocation of resources is the only way to the transformation and upgrading of Panxian's cultural industry.In a word, to realize the transformation from cultural county to cultural county, it is a long way to go.
