【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的日益成熟,“文化經(jīng)濟(jì)”已經(jīng)成為全世界越來越關(guān)注的共同話題,文化形態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)彼此交融、日益滲透、相互一體化的新動(dòng)態(tài)和新趨勢(shì)越來越顯著。西部地區(qū)作為中華文化的發(fā)祥地,蘊(yùn)藏著大量東中部地區(qū)無法比擬的文化資源,具有發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)雄厚的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。然而西部地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展卻相對(duì)落后,這與強(qiáng)大的文化資源優(yōu)勢(shì)是相背離的。文化資源的產(chǎn)業(yè)化是將西部地區(qū)文化資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),并發(fā)揮其經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值的主要途徑。同時(shí),放在西部大開發(fā)背景下來看,文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)有利于促進(jìn)西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型,也有利于促進(jìn)西部地區(qū)對(duì)外開放進(jìn)程。 本文以演繹推理與經(jīng)驗(yàn)歸納相結(jié)合、定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合、跨學(xué)科研究法等為方法,結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論、增長(zhǎng)極理論、區(qū)域資源利用理論等經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,以西部地區(qū)文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)機(jī)理為核心,提出了西部文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化的總體構(gòu)想,為西部地區(qū)開發(fā)文化資源,發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了分析框架和參考建議。 本文共分六章進(jìn)行論述,第一章介紹了選題的背景和意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了本文的研究對(duì)象。第二章對(duì)本文所用到的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外文化資源開發(fā)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理和評(píng)價(jià)。第三章對(duì)西部地區(qū)文化資源概況以及文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀分析進(jìn)行了具體描述。第四章提出了西部地區(qū)文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化的總體構(gòu)想,包括產(chǎn)業(yè)化的原則、機(jī)理、核心、空間構(gòu)想四個(gè)部分。開發(fā)的原則為特色化、體驗(yàn)化、保護(hù)化、國(guó)際化。產(chǎn)業(yè)化機(jī)理包括以文化的保護(hù)、傳承、發(fā)揚(yáng)、創(chuàng)新為主線,以文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)為載體,以旅游業(yè)、創(chuàng)意業(yè)、貿(mào)易業(yè)的為路徑,以市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作為重要條件,其中,路徑部分是整個(gè)開發(fā)價(jià)值鏈的核心。這兩部分也是本文的核心觀點(diǎn)所在。空間構(gòu)想中,本文試將整個(gè)西部地區(qū)按照地域文化分為九個(gè)文化圈,明確每個(gè)文化圈的增長(zhǎng)及城市和發(fā)展特色,提出了各自的發(fā)展方向,輻射帶動(dòng)整個(gè)區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。第五章以西安市為例,分析了其文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化機(jī)理,驗(yàn)證上述核心觀點(diǎn)。第六章從西部地區(qū)文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化的主線、載體、路徑和市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作角度提出了西部地區(qū)文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化的結(jié)論和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy, "cultural economy" has become a common topic of more and more concern all over the world. As the birthplace of Chinese culture, the western region, as the birthplace of Chinese culture, contains a large number of cultural resources that are unparalleled in the eastern and central regions. It has a solid material foundation for the development of cultural industries. However, the development of cultural industries in the western region is relatively backward. This is contrary to the strong advantage of cultural resources. The industrialization of cultural resources is the main way to transform the advantages of cultural resources into the advantages of cultural industries and to give full play to their economic value. At the same time, in the context of the development of the western region, the industrialization of cultural resources is the main way to turn the advantages of cultural resources into advantages of cultural industries. The industrialization of cultural resources is beneficial to the economic and social transformation of the western region and to the process of opening to the outside world in the western region. This paper combines deductive reasoning with empirical induction, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, interdisciplinary research, industrial structure theory, industrial agglomeration theory, growth pole theory, etc. Based on the theory of regional resource utilization and the mechanism of the industrialization development of cultural resources in the western region, this paper puts forward the overall conception of the industrialization of the cultural resources in the western region, and develops the cultural resources for the western region. The development of cultural industry provides an analytical framework and reference suggestions. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic, and then determines the research object of this paper. The second chapter discusses the relevant theories of economics and the development of cultural resources at home and abroad. The third chapter describes the general situation of cultural resources and the current situation of cultural resources industrialization in the western region. The fourth chapter puts forward the production of cultural resources in the western region. The overall concept of industrialization, It includes four parts of industrialization: principle, mechanism, core and space conception. The principle of development is characterized, experienced, protected and internationalized. The mechanism of industrialization includes the protection, inheritance, development and innovation of culture. Take the cultural industry agglomeration area as the carrier, take the tourism, the creative industry, the trade industry as the path, take the market-oriented operation as the important condition, among them, The path part is the core of the whole development value chain. These two parts are also the core viewpoints of this paper. In the spatial conception, this paper tries to divide the whole western region into nine cultural circles according to the regional culture. Make clear the growth of each cultural circle and the characteristics of city and development, put forward their own development direction, and promote the development of the whole regional cultural industry by radiation. The fifth chapter takes Xi'an as an example to analyze the mechanism of industrialization of cultural resources. The sixth chapter puts forward the conclusions and countermeasures of the industrialization of cultural resources in the western region from the perspectives of the main line, carrier, path and market operation of the cultural resources industrialization in the western region.
