中日文化貿(mào)易比較研究

【摘要】:進入21世紀以來,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)及文化貿(mào)易逐漸成為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的熱門領(lǐng)域,受到世界各國的重視。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為新興的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),其發(fā)展?jié)摿薮螅l(fā)展的價值較高,成為21世紀推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一大動力。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅會給各國帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟利益,同時也具有社會意義,也幫助本國向世界傳播自己的文化,提高一國在世界的文化影響力。世界上一些經(jīng)濟發(fā)達的國家,例如日本對文化經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展價值及潛力極其看重。日本政府將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展列入重要的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展計劃中,可以說已經(jīng)將其定為國家戰(zhàn)略。日本政府為本國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展量身定做了一系列的政策和措施。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)目前已經(jīng)成為日本的重要發(fā)展行業(yè),每年為日本經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻。近些年,我國也開始將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)及文化貿(mào)易的發(fā)展提上了日程。在幾次全國性重大會議上均提出發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的主張,重視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展意義。尤其是政府提倡并推動我國文化體制改革,這使得我國的文化經(jīng)濟也走上了快速發(fā)展的道路。 本文首先針對日本和中國文化貿(mào)易重點領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展狀況進行敘述和比較,總結(jié)出我國與日本的不同和差距。其次,對日本和中國對文化貿(mào)易的政策作了敘述和比較,并分析我國在政策上的不足之處,從而總結(jié)出日本對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)及貿(mào)易有效的扶持政策對我國的啟示。之后,分析了中日兩國文化貿(mào)易的國際競爭力,先是通過波特的鉆石模型進行簡要分析,又通過灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論建立模型對兩國的文化貿(mào)易國際競爭力進行詳細的分析比較,,找出我國的優(yōu)勢和劣勢所在。最后,綜合上述研究,提出對我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)及貿(mào)易今后發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, cultural industry and cultural trade have gradually become a hot area of economic development, which has been attached great importance to by countries all over the world. Cultural industry has become a new sunrise industry with great development potential and high development value. The cultural industry will not only bring enormous economic benefits to all countries, but also have social significance, and also help them spread their own culture to the world. Increasing the cultural influence of a country in the world. Some economically developed countries in the world, such as Japan, attach great importance to the development value and potential of the cultural economy. The Government of Japan has included the development of cultural industries in important economic development plans, It can be said that it has been designated as a national strategy. The Japanese government has made a series of policies and measures tailored to the development of its own cultural industry. The cultural industry has now become an important development industry in Japan. In recent years, our country has also begun to put the development of cultural industry and cultural trade on the agenda. At several major national conferences, we have put forward the idea of developing cultural industry. In particular, the government advocates and promotes the reform of our country's cultural system, which makes the cultural economy of our country also embark on the road of rapid development. This paper first narrates and compares the development of cultural trade between Japan and China, and summarizes the differences and gaps between China and Japan. Secondly, it describes and compares the policies of Japan and China on cultural trade. It also analyzes the inadequacies of our country's policies, and sums up the enlightenment of Japan's effective policy of supporting cultural industry and trade. Then, it analyzes the international competitiveness of the cultural trade between China and Japan. Firstly, through the brief analysis of Porter's diamond model, and then by establishing the model of grey relational theory, the author makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the international competitiveness of cultural trade between the two countries, and finds out the strengths and weaknesses of our country. Finally, it synthesizes the above research. This paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of China's cultural industry and trade.
