【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)正面臨著一場極其深刻的變革。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)悄然興起，日益引起人們的重視和青睞，可以預(yù)見文化經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，其潛力巨大。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會的全面進(jìn)步越來越借助于文化的力量，即文化實(shí)力逐步成為區(qū)域競爭力乃至綜合國力的重要組成部分。中國文化博大精深，尤其是農(nóng)村文化資源種類繁多、歷史悠久。改革開放以來，我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較快，但是區(qū)域農(nóng)村文化資源開發(fā)相對滯后。在全國推動社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)如火如荼的情況下,如何繼續(xù)提升農(nóng)村文化競爭力，，本文試圖從農(nóng)村文化資源開發(fā)的角度去探討農(nóng)村區(qū)域文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)存在的問題和戰(zhàn)略選擇。 本文以文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化資源、農(nóng)村區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)的內(nèi)涵作為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，結(jié)合馬克思哲學(xué)理論、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論、區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理論，歸納出我國農(nóng)村區(qū)域文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在社會主義新農(nóng)村的背景下，對若干典型村的成功案例分析總結(jié)，在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出我國農(nóng)村區(qū)域文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀、滯后的原因、存在的問題。最后，針對我國農(nóng)村區(qū)域文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)的問題，提出相應(yīng)的對策，即加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村文化市場建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)文化人才的綜合開發(fā)、資源稟賦和資源優(yōu)勢為原則下內(nèi)生增長機(jī)制的強(qiáng)化、打破城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)、打造特色農(nóng)村文化品牌、完善配套的農(nóng)村文化開發(fā)的政策環(huán)境等等�？梢哉f農(nóng)村文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)從內(nèi)在意義上說，制約和引導(dǎo)著社會主義新農(nóng)村的發(fā)展，是我國大力推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world economy is facing an extremely profound transformation. The cultural industry is rising quietly, which attracts people's attention and favor day by day, can foresee the development of the cultural economy, and its potential is enormous. The overall progress of society is becoming more and more with the help of culture, that is, cultural strength has gradually become an important part of regional competitiveness and even comprehensive national strength. Chinese culture is broad and profound, especially in rural areas, where there are many kinds of cultural resources. There is a long history. Since the reform and opening up, China's rural economy has developed rapidly, but the development of regional rural cultural resources has lagged behind. This paper attempts to explore the problems and strategic choices of the development of rural regional cultural resources industry from the perspective of the development of rural cultural resources. This paper takes the connotation of cultural industry, cultural resources and the development of rural regional cultural industry as the starting point, combining Marxist philosophy theory, agricultural economics theory, regional cultural industry development theory, Under the background of the new socialist countryside, the successful cases of some typical villages are analyzed and summarized. On this basis, the paper summarizes the current situation, reasons and problems of the industrial development of cultural resources in rural areas in China. Finally, in view of the problems in the industrial development of cultural resources in rural areas, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. That is, to strengthen the construction of rural cultural market, strengthen the comprehensive development of cultural talents, strengthen the endogenous growth mechanism under the principle of resource endowment and resource superiority, break the dual structure of urban and rural areas, and create the brand of characteristic rural culture. It can be said that the industrial development of rural cultural resources restricts and guides the development of the new socialist countryside in an intrinsic sense. Is our country vigorously promotes the cultural industry development the important constituent.
