有關中國影視制片管理的現(xiàn)狀、問題和對策

【摘要】:為了讓中國影視行業(yè)在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”融入后能夠快速、健康、穩(wěn)健地邁上產(chǎn)業(yè)升級新臺階,本文從制片管理角度對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)語境下的中國影視行業(yè)應如何進行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級及走向規(guī)范化的現(xiàn)實問題進行思考。影視制片管理作為影視項目運作的核心關鍵,需對其符合時代語境的管理觀念進行更新?lián)Q代。通過對中國影視行業(yè)市場環(huán)境全面綜合的調(diào)查分析后,我們了解到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融合給中國影視行業(yè)帶來活力的同時,也帶來了不少問題,這要求我們影視行業(yè)運作盡快地走向?qū)I(yè)化、規(guī)范化。在影視項目運作不斷完善、升級發(fā)展的進程中,起到關鍵作用的“影視制片管理”需對“如何應對不斷變化地市場環(huán)境”、“如何在新市場環(huán)境下把握住影視項目運作的方向”、“如何充分抓住互聯(lián)網(wǎng)帶來地全方位機遇”等等方面的問題認真思考,進行探索。本文將對這些問題進行討論,通過對傳統(tǒng)影視制片管理在新語境下發(fā)生變化的具體現(xiàn)象進行分析,對產(chǎn)生變化后隨之而來的問題進行梳理總結(jié),并提出相對應的解決辦法,以期在中國影視產(chǎn)業(yè)受到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)沖擊的市場環(huán)境下,為中國影視行業(yè)發(fā)展提供制片管理角度的深度解讀,為影視項目運作提供一定的觀點支持。本文將通過研究當前的中國影視制片管理現(xiàn)狀、問題及相應解決辦法,進一步探索、分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與中國影視行業(yè)的深度融合發(fā)展方向,對中國影視行業(yè)的更快更好地發(fā)展升級具有一定現(xiàn)實參考意義。
[Abstract]:In order to enable China's film and television industry to move quickly, healthily and steadily to a new level of industrial upgrading after "Internet" integration, From the angle of film production management, this paper thinks about how to upgrade Chinese film and television industry and how to move towards standardization in the context of the Internet. As the core of film and television project operation, the film and television production management is the key to the operation of film and television project. Through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the market environment of China's film and television industry, we have learned that the integration of the Internet has brought vitality to the Chinese film and television industry at the same time. It has also brought many problems. This requires us to move towards specialization and standardization of the operation of the film and television industry as soon as possible. In the process of continuous improvement and upgrading of the operation of film and television projects, "how to deal with the changing market environment", "how to grasp the direction of film and television project operation in the new market environment" and "how to fully grasp the omnidirectional machine brought by the Internet" is the key role of "film and television production management". Think carefully about "" and so on. This paper will discuss these problems, through the analysis of the specific phenomenon of the change in the new context of the traditional film production management, and summarize the problems that come with the changes. And put forward the corresponding solutions, in order to provide a deep interpretation of the film production management angle for the development of Chinese film and television industry under the market environment of Chinese film and television industry under the impact of the Internet. This paper will study the current situation, problems and corresponding solutions of China's film and television production management, and further explore and analyze the development direction of the deep integration of the Internet and Chinese film and television industry. China's film and television industry faster and better development and upgrading has a certain practical significance.
