【摘要】：本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)和文化認(rèn)同、跨文化的角度,分析知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)(IP)概念運(yùn)用中涉及的技術(shù)和模式問題,理清業(yè)界對(duì)IP這個(gè)新概念的接受狀態(tài)。同時(shí)指出,由于電影制作理念和文化理念、價(jià)值觀方面的差異,業(yè)界也開始對(duì)這個(gè)概念有分歧甚至可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的危機(jī)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of industry chain construction, cultural identity and cross-culture, this paper analyzes the technical and model problems involved in the application of the concept of intellectual property rights (IP), clarifies the acceptance status of the new concept of IP in the industry. At the same time, it points out that, Because of the differences in the concept of film production and culture and values, the industry is beginning to disagree on the concept and may even have a serious crisis.
