【摘要】：改革開放30多年來，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就，創(chuàng)造了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)史上的又一個(gè)奇跡。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)奇跡般的成就逐漸成為了世界各國關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家們討論的重要話題之一。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展奇跡是在特定的文化環(huán)境下發(fā)生的，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展歷程與中國文化之間必然存在著密切聯(lián)系，因此，厘清中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與中國文化的內(nèi)在關(guān)系，，測定文化因素對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)力，對推動當(dāng)代中國特色社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著重要意義。 本文第一部分主要分析文化的基本內(nèi)涵及其經(jīng)濟(jì)功能。文化是一個(gè)包含多種元素的集合，具有著豐富的內(nèi)涵，其中就包括鮮明的經(jīng)濟(jì)內(nèi)涵和價(jià)值。同時(shí)，文化具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能，主要表現(xiàn)在對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展基本方向的導(dǎo)向功能；對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展依靠力量的凝聚；對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境氛圍的規(guī)范功能；對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展科技質(zhì)量的支撐功能。 本文第二部分主要簡明介紹中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的文化動力探源問題的理論基礎(chǔ)，其主要包括馬克思主義、西方思想界以及中國思想界對推動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的文化動力理論的研究，這些理論為本研究提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和豐富的研究視角。 本文第三部分主要是中國傳統(tǒng)文化對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的雙重作用分析。中國傳統(tǒng)文化是影響中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展時(shí)間最長的文化因素。筆者首先對“李約瑟之謎”進(jìn)行文化解析，深刻分析中國傳統(tǒng)文化導(dǎo)致近代中國經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技落后的具體路徑，指出封閉僵化的制度文化是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的絆腳石。而中國傳統(tǒng)文化的精華——儒家文化的重德、仁愛和群本主義等思想助推“亞洲四小龍”的經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛，充分地顯示文化思想的倫理屬性對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要作用。 本文第四部分主要是對文化推動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各國先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析及參考借鑒。美國、日本、德國是當(dāng)今世界的經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國代表。然而，在它們的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中都經(jīng)歷過挫折與成功，深刻剖析其經(jīng)濟(jì)挫折與成功背后的文化影響，清晰梳理出多元文化環(huán)境、鮮明經(jīng)濟(jì)特色、強(qiáng)大民族精神是美國、日本、德國經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)盛的文化助推力。 本文第五部分主要解析中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展奇跡的馬克思主義文化動因。依據(jù)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所取得的輝煌成就，分析指出堅(jiān)持毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個(gè)代表”重要思想、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的科學(xué)指導(dǎo)以及堅(jiān)持正確的思想路線，是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛的根本原因。并進(jìn)一步分析文化在中國特色社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中所起的突出作用以及當(dāng)代中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所處的文化困境。 本文第六部分深入分析和探究當(dāng)代中國先進(jìn)文化推動下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的路徑選擇。社會主義核心價(jià)值體系是當(dāng)代中國先進(jìn)文化的理論概括和精神靈魂。推進(jìn)當(dāng)代中國經(jīng)濟(jì)更好發(fā)展的有效途徑就是堅(jiān)持以社會主義核心價(jià)值體系為核心的社會主義先進(jìn)文化的引導(dǎo)，構(gòu)建當(dāng)代中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新模式。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements and created another miracle in world economic history. The miracle of China's economic development occurred in a specific cultural environment, and there must be a close relationship between the course of China's economic development and Chinese culture. It is of great significance to clarify the internal relationship between Chinese economic development and Chinese culture and to determine the contribution of cultural factors to China's economic development. The first part of this paper mainly analyzes the basic connotation of culture and its economic function. Culture is a collection of many elements with rich connotations, including distinct economic connotations and values. Culture has important economic functions, mainly in the guiding function of the basic direction of economic development; the cohesion of economic development depends on the strength; the normative function on the environment of economic development; and the supporting function on the quality of science and technology of economic development. The second part of this paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the cultural motive force of China's economic development, including the research of Marxism, western ideological circles and Chinese ideological circles on the theory of cultural motive force to promote the economic development. These theories provide a solid theoretical basis and rich research perspective for this study. The third part of this paper is mainly about the dual effect of Chinese traditional culture on economic development. Chinese traditional culture is the cultural factor that influences the development of Chinese economy for the longest time. First of all, the author makes a cultural analysis of "the mystery of Joseph Needham". This paper deeply analyzes the specific path of the Chinese traditional culture leading to the modern Chinese economy and the backwardness of science and technology, and points out that the closed and rigid institutional culture is the stumbling block to the economic development, while the essence of the Chinese traditional culture is the emphasis on virtue of the Confucian culture. Such thoughts as benevolence and group-oriented doctrine promote the economic development of the "four Little Dragons of Asia", which fully shows the important role of the ethical attributes of cultural thought in economic development. The 4th part of this paper is mainly about the analysis and reference of the advanced experiences of the countries where culture promotes the economic development. The United States, Japan and Germany are the representatives of the economic powers in the world today. However, In the course of their economic development, they have experienced setbacks and successes, deeply analyzed the cultural influence behind their economic setbacks and successes, clearly sorted out the multicultural environment and distinct economic characteristics, and the strong national spirit is the United States, Japan, The cultural power of Germany's strong economy. The 5th part of this paper mainly analyzes the Marxist cultural causes of the miracle of China's economic development. According to the brilliant achievements made by China's economic development, this paper points out that we should adhere to Mao Zedong's thought, Deng Xiaoping's theory, and the important thought of "three represents". The scientific guidance of the scientific development concept and the adherence to the correct ideological line, It is the root cause of China's economic take-off, and further analyzes the prominent role of culture in the economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the cultural dilemma of contemporary Chinese economic development. The 6th part of this paper deeply analyzes and probes into the path choice of economic development under the impetus of contemporary Chinese advanced culture. The socialist core value system is the theoretical summary and spiritual soul of contemporary Chinese advanced culture. The effective way for better economic development is to adhere to the guidance of advanced socialist culture with the core of socialist core value system as the core. To build a new model of economic development in contemporary China.
