【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)一直被認為是21世紀(jì)最具前景的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)，文化是一種人性化的需求，只要有人生存的地方，就有文化的需求。在經(jīng)濟全球化的大背景下，，文化產(chǎn)品、文化資源、文化消費和文化市場越來越與國際市場接軌，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在國際方面上的競爭也越來越激烈。我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)怎么樣才能在國際競爭越來越激烈的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中發(fā)展起來，這是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方面的重要課題。河北省擁有發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的得天獨厚的條件，厚重的歷史文化傳統(tǒng)、豐富的人力資源和廣闊的人才文化市場，這些因素都促使河北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。然而，隨著逐年改善的人們的物質(zhì)生活水平，人們的消費結(jié)構(gòu)也發(fā)生了劇烈的變化，人民對文化的需求越來越強烈。大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)，實現(xiàn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為河北省經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略抉擇之一。 論文最先說明了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論研究的相關(guān)文獻，深入研究了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論研究成果。在此基礎(chǔ)上，建設(shè)我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評價指標(biāo)體系，這是以可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建起來的，結(jié)合因子分析和聚類分析這兩種評價方法，構(gòu)建了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評價模型。將31個省、市、自治區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)先進行因子分析，最終得出因子得分，確定各個省份的綜合得分?jǐn)?shù)，以實現(xiàn)河北省與其他省份文化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的比較研究。再依據(jù)綜合得分?jǐn)?shù)以及排名確定初始聚類點，進行型聚類分析，至到得到合理的科學(xué)分類，以實現(xiàn)河北省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的定位研究。文章最后，得出結(jié)論，查找到我省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)方面發(fā)展上的欠缺，并提出相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:The cultural industry has been regarded as the most promising sunrise industry in the twenty-first Century. Culture is a humanized demand. As long as people live, there is cultural demand. Under the background of economic globalization, cultural products, cultural resources, cultural consumption and cultural market are increasingly integrating with the international market, and the competition of cultural industry in the international arena is becoming more and more intense. How can our country's cultural industry develop in the increasingly fierce international competition of cultural industry, which is an important issue in the development of our country's economy. Hebei has the unique conditions for developing the cultural industry. The heavy historical and cultural traditions, abundant human resources and vast talent culture market all contribute to the vigorous development of Hebei's cultural industry. However, with the improvement of people's material life level, people's consumption structure has also undergone drastic changes. People's demand for culture is more and more intense. The development of cultural industry and the sustainable development of cultural industry have become one of the important strategic choices for the economic and social development of Hebei province.
