文章摘要：通過(guò)《西安市統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》和西安市黃頁(yè),結(jié)合Google等搜索工具,收集文化產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)企業(yè)點(diǎn)信息,借助生命周期相關(guān)理論,根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的整個(gè)生命周期所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和已經(jīng)達(dá)到最大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益所用的時(shí)間,將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚類型區(qū)劃分為引領(lǐng)型、長(zhǎng)壽型、富裕型、問(wèn)題型。研究西安市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)整體基于Ks、T指數(shù)和Q指數(shù)的集聚特征,將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域集聚形成機(jī)制分為資源導(dǎo)向型產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向型產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚。從文化資源開發(fā)、消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的培育、政府機(jī)構(gòu)的改革和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的方向四個(gè)方面,提出促進(jìn)區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚發(fā)展的具體措施,以期對(duì)西安市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的資源優(yōu)化配置和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整提供參考。

Abstr：The information on relevant companies and units of cultural industry in Xi＇an was collected through Statistical Yearbook of Cultural Industry in Xi＇an and Yellow Book of Xi＇an as well as search tools like Google. Based on life-cycle theory, economic benefits in the life cycle of industrial development and the time for maximum economic benefits, the present study classified cultural industry agglomerations into 4 types： Leading Type, Enduring Type, Well-off Type and Problematic Type. The agglomeration features were analyzed on the basis of indexes of Ks, T and Q. Mechanisms of the agglomeration were categorized as resource-oriented and market-oriented. In order to promote the development of regional cultural industry＇s agglomeration, the information from the following four aspects： cultural resources development, consumer market cultivation, government institutional reform and the development of cultural industries. The study will be severed as an reference to optimize the resource allocation and to restructure the industry for the cultural industry of Xi＇an.
