【摘要】：P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸在我國的飛速發(fā)展,既是機遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。關于P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸的風險監(jiān)管和長效機制建設成為研究熱點。本文詳細闡述了英、美、德、法和中國這5個國家P2P網(wǎng)貸市場的發(fā)展特征和監(jiān)管特色,并深入分析了我國P2P網(wǎng)貸市場的亂象根源和監(jiān)管差距。最后,在借鑒英、美、德、法四國經(jīng)驗的基礎上,針對我國P2P網(wǎng)貸市場的長效機制建設提出政策建議,希望能夠為我國P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸的長效發(fā)展提供新思路。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of P2P network lending in China is both an opportunity and a challenge. The risk supervision and long-term mechanism construction of P2P network loan has become a hot research topic. This paper expounds in detail the characteristics of the development and supervision of P2P loan market in five countries, namely, Britain, America, Germany, France and China, and analyzes deeply the causes of confusion and the gap between supervision and control in China's P2P lending market. Finally, based on the experience of Britain, America, Germany and France, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the long-term mechanism construction of P2P network loan market in China, hoping to provide a new way of thinking for the long-term development of P2P network lending in China.
