【摘要】:幾年前,震驚世界的“華爾街金融海嘯”突然降臨,凡是與信貸相關(guān)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)幾乎無一幸免,從此全球各金融機(jī)構(gòu)開始高度重視信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范。近年來全球經(jīng)濟(jì)日趨一體化,國(guó)家宏觀調(diào)控逐步加強(qiáng),市場(chǎng)環(huán)境日益復(fù)雜,商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)面臨更多競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和不確定性,國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行有沒有可能像曾經(jīng)在華爾街叱咤風(fēng)云的金融巨頭那樣吃“最后的晚餐”?答案無從確定,但有一點(diǎn)可以確定,那就是“多米諾骨牌”還在繼續(xù)。 信貸業(yè)務(wù)作為作為銀行最重要的業(yè)務(wù)之一,也是主要的盈利手段,是銀行的“生命線”,其質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響到銀行乃至整個(gè)行業(yè)的狀況。貸后管理則是信貸業(yè)務(wù)中最后面但也是保障性最強(qiáng)的一項(xiàng)工作,是這條“生命線”保持生機(jī)活力的根基。但是由于受多方面原因影響,國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行包括建行甘肅分行中“重貸輕管”現(xiàn)象仍然非常普遍。隨著信貸存量規(guī)模不斷壯大,其信貸管理中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)——貸后管理的強(qiáng)化工作愈顯緊迫。如何通過創(chuàng)新理念、完善機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)來全面提高貸后管理能力成為建行甘肅分行亟待解決的難題。 本文立足于建行甘肅分行實(shí)際情況,欲通過分析研究找到提高建行甘肅分行貸后管理能力的解決方案,為相關(guān)研究提供參考。文章共六章,第一章介紹研究背景、內(nèi)容、思路和方法。第二章對(duì)貸后管理的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行解釋,介紹相關(guān)理論知識(shí),并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外貸后管理的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行介紹。第三章分析評(píng)價(jià)建行甘肅分行現(xiàn)行的貸后管理機(jī)制,尋找存在的問題,并深度剖析其形成原因。第四章對(duì)改進(jìn)建行甘肅分行貸后管理工作進(jìn)行總體構(gòu)思和布局。第五章對(duì)改進(jìn)后的效果進(jìn)行預(yù)期,并且介紹為保證改進(jìn)工作切實(shí)有效而施以的保障措施。第六張是結(jié)論與展望部分。
[Abstract]:A few years ago, when the "Wall Street financial tsunami" struck the world, almost all credit-related financial institutions were spared, and financial institutions around the world began to attach great importance to the prevention of credit risk. In recent years, with the increasing integration of the global economy, the strengthening of national macro-control and the increasing complexity of the market environment, commercial banks are facing more competition and uncertainty. Is it possible for domestic commercial banks to have a "last dinner" like the once all-powerful financial giants on Wall Street? The answer is not certain, but one thing is certain: the domino continues. As one of the most important business of banks, credit business is also the main means of profit, and it is the lifeline of banks. The quality of credit business directly affects the situation of banks and even the whole industry. After-loan management is the last but also the most affordable job in the credit business, and is the vital foundation of the lifeline. However, due to various reasons, domestic commercial banks, including China Construction Bank Gansu Branch, "heavy loan light management" phenomenon is still very common. With the increasing scale of credit stock, the strengthening of post-loan management is becoming more and more urgent. How to improve the ability of post-loan management by innovating ideas, perfecting mechanism and strengthening infrastructure has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently by CCB Gansu Branch. Based on the actual situation of CCB Gansu Branch, this paper tries to find a solution to improve the management ability of CCB Gansu Branch through analysis and research, and provides reference for related research. The first chapter introduces the research background, contents, ideas and methods. The second chapter explains the connotation of post-loan management, introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge, and introduces the advanced experience of post-loan management at home and abroad. The third chapter analyzes and evaluates the current management mechanism of China Construction Bank Gansu Branch, looks for the existing problems, and deeply analyzes the causes of its formation. The fourth chapter is the overall conception and layout to improve the management of CCB Gansu Branch. The fifth chapter anticipates the effect of the improvement and introduces the safeguard measures applied to ensure the effectiveness of the improvement. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.
