【摘要】：當前,境外上市紅籌企業(yè)擇機回歸境內(nèi)上市,收購境外公眾所持股票并退市現(xiàn)象日趨突顯。退市資金籌集的來源日趨多元化,使得資金籌集呈現(xiàn)出結(jié)構(gòu)化、分散化的現(xiàn)象。其中的相關(guān)風險也不斷顯現(xiàn),本文通過對退市資金來源、風險等相關(guān)方面的研究,提出了防范紅籌企業(yè)退市籌資風險的政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, overseas listed red-chip enterprises choose to return to domestic listing, buying shares held by the foreign public and delisting are increasingly prominent. The sources of delisting fund raising are diversified day by day, which makes the fund raising appear structured and decentralized. The related risks are also emerging. Through the study of the source of delisting capital and the risk, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to guard against the risk of delisting financing of red chip enterprises.
