【摘要】：正近日,住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部再出重拳規(guī)范房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè),明確提出將對發(fā)布虛假房源、惡意炒作、捂盤惜售等9種不正當(dāng)經(jīng)營行為依法嚴(yán)懲。在多地樓市調(diào)控升級的背景下,此舉無疑又是一記響雷,表明政府意識到當(dāng)前整治房地產(chǎn)市場秩序已刻不容緩,決心剪除擾亂市場的毒瘤以實現(xiàn)房地產(chǎn)市場的長期健康發(fā)展。包括本輪房價飛漲在內(nèi)的歷次樓市波動,均暴露出房地產(chǎn)市場秩序混亂是推高房價的重要因素,部分開發(fā)商為牟取暴利,慣于散布假消息,人為制造恐慌,嚴(yán)重?fù)p害消費(fèi)者利益,影響樓市健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction has made a heavy effort to standardize real estate development enterprises, and has clearly proposed that it will severely punish 9 improper business practices, such as issuing false housing sources, malicious speculation, and covering up plates for sale. In the context of the upgrading of property market regulation and control in many places, this move is undoubtedly another thunder, indicating that the government realizes that the order of the current real estate market has become urgent and is determined to cut off the cancer of disrupting the market in order to realize the long-term and healthy development of the real estate market. Previous property market fluctuations, including this round of soaring house prices, have exposed that chaos in the real estate market order is an important factor driving up property prices. Some developers are used to spreading false news and creating panic in order to make huge profits. Seriously damage the interests of consumers, affect the healthy development of the property market.
