【摘要】：小貸公司在發(fā)展普惠金融、彌補金融資源分布不均衡等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。我國小貸公司在經(jīng)歷高速發(fā)展之后,普遍陷入經(jīng)營困境。本文從宏觀環(huán)境、法律地位、監(jiān)管政策等角度分析其陷入經(jīng)營困境的深層原因。小貸公司作為非吸儲類放貸機構(gòu),按照實質(zhì)重于形式原則,應(yīng)還原其金融機構(gòu)地位;在監(jiān)管方面,應(yīng)圍繞政策目標(biāo),重構(gòu)現(xiàn)有監(jiān)管框架,采取非審慎監(jiān)管原則,兼顧效率和公平,適度監(jiān)管;小貸公司自身應(yīng)持續(xù)加強企業(yè)能力、人才和品牌建設(shè),打造小貸公司的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:Small loan companies play an important role in developing inclusive finance and making up for uneven distribution of financial resources. After the rapid development, the small loan companies in our country generally fall into the business dilemma. This paper analyzes the deep causes of its predicament from the macro-environment, legal status, regulatory policy and so on. As non-sucking bank lenders, small loan companies should restore their status as financial institutions in accordance with the principle of substance over form; in terms of regulation, they should restructure the existing regulatory framework around policy objectives and adopt the principle of non-prudential supervision. The small loan company should continuously strengthen the enterprise ability, talent and brand construction, and build the core competitiveness of the small loan company.
