基于勝任力模型的物業(yè)招聘網(wǎng)在線求職系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,各大招聘網(wǎng)站風(fēng)起云涌,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,超越競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的手段是找到細(xì)分市場(chǎng)—做行業(yè)類細(xì)分招聘網(wǎng)站。物業(yè)管理行業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)階段需要大量高素質(zhì)人才,如何選拔物業(yè)管理人才是企業(yè)遇到的難題,傳統(tǒng)的人才選拔注重求職者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、知識(shí)、技能,而忽略不易觀察的素質(zhì)、個(gè)性、動(dòng)機(jī)、價(jià)值觀等方面的評(píng)估指標(biāo)。于是,本文基于不同崗位的物業(yè)管理從業(yè)人員勝任力的差異,構(gòu)建物業(yè)管理不同崗位的勝任力模型,然后設(shè)計(jì)及開(kāi)發(fā)物業(yè)招聘網(wǎng)在線求職系統(tǒng)。 本文首先總結(jié)了物業(yè)管理行業(yè)人才現(xiàn)狀、物業(yè)求職者面臨的困境、國(guó)內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘現(xiàn)狀、物業(yè)管理行業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘現(xiàn)狀、勝任力內(nèi)涵、勝任力模型理論、勝任特征詞典、構(gòu)建勝任力模型過(guò)程、典型的勝任力模型冰山模型及洋蔥模型、勝任力在員工招聘工作中的應(yīng)用研究。 然后根據(jù)物業(yè)管理行業(yè)及工作性質(zhì)對(duì)物業(yè)管理崗位進(jìn)行劃分,劃分為管理類、策劃類、服務(wù)類、操作類崗位;通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析法、行為事件訪談法,總結(jié)出勝任工作所需的素質(zhì);編制調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的描述統(tǒng)計(jì),不同婚姻狀況、不同工作年限、不同職位工作人員的差異,不同崗位人員所需勝任力頻次統(tǒng)計(jì);對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信度檢驗(yàn)、KMO樣本測(cè)度和Bartlett檢驗(yàn),采用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行因子分析,找出哪些素質(zhì)是核心能力和通用能力。 再次根據(jù)能力素質(zhì)提煉的結(jié)果,構(gòu)建物業(yè)管理人員勝任特征模型、勝任力詞典,該模型包括核心特征素質(zhì)和四類崗位的通用特征素質(zhì)。根據(jù)物業(yè)管理人員勝任特征指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)歷系統(tǒng),簡(jiǎn)歷模板分為在線填寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷和視頻簡(jiǎn)歷兩種,在線填寫(xiě)的簡(jiǎn)歷包括基本信息、求職意愿、技能特長(zhǎng)、教育經(jīng)歷、工作經(jīng)歷、上傳作品、回答開(kāi)放問(wèn)題。 最后基于tomcat服務(wù)器、My Eclipse開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)、My SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),Java程序開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)物業(yè)招聘網(wǎng)在線求職系統(tǒng),包括簡(jiǎn)歷管理和在線搜索兩大塊主要功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)將E-Recruiting這一新型招聘模式引入物業(yè)管理行業(yè),為企業(yè)和人才之間搭建一個(gè)高效溝通的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet, the major recruitment websites surge, fierce competition, the means to exceed the competition is to find a subdivision of the market-to do industry subdivision recruitment website. Property management industry needs a large number of high-quality talents in the stage of transformation and upgrading. How to select property management talents is a difficult problem for enterprises. Traditional talent selection pays attention to the experience, knowledge and skills of job seekers, while neglecting the quality that is not easy to observe. Personality, motivation, values and other evaluation indicators. Therefore, based on the difference of competency of property management practitioners in different positions, this paper constructs the competency model of different positions of property management, and then designs and develops the online job search system of property recruitment network. This paper first summarizes the current situation of property management industry talent, the plight of property job-seekers, the current situation of domestic and foreign network recruitment, the current situation of property management industry online recruitment, competency connotation, competency model theory, competency dictionary. The process of constructing competency model, typical competency model, iceberg model and onion model, and the application of competency in employee recruitment. Then according to the property management industry and the nature of the property management posts are divided into management, planning, service, operational posts, through the literature analysis, behavior event interviews, summed up the quality required for the job; Compile questionnaires, distribute questionnaires to collect data, and simply describe these data, different marital status, different years of work, different positions of staff differences, different posts required competency frequency statistics; The reliability of data is tested by Bartlett and Bartlett. The factor analysis is carried out by SPSS software to find out which qualities are core competence and common ability. Thirdly, according to the result of ability quality extraction, the competency model and competence dictionary of property managers are constructed. The model includes the core characteristic quality and the general characteristic quality of four kinds of posts. According to the property management personnel competency index design resume system, resume template can be divided into online resume and video resume, online resume including basic information, job-seeking willingness, skills, education experience, work experience, Upload works and answer open questions. Finally, based on the tomcat server my Eclipse development platform, my SQL database and Java program development language, the online job application system of the property recruitment network is developed, which includes two main functions: resume management and online search. E-Recruiting, a new recruitment mode, is introduced into the property management industry to build an efficient communication platform between enterprises and talents.
