【摘要】：自改革開放以來,我國房地產(chǎn)體制改革和城市化步伐的加快,房地產(chǎn)市場的快速增長,并獲得了突破性的進展,能夠對消費進行推動、拉動內(nèi)需,促進國民經(jīng)濟迅速增長,已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為促進我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要支柱。近年來,房地產(chǎn)市場存在投資增長過快,房地產(chǎn)價格上漲過快,也出現(xiàn)了不同程度的投資和結構性問題,國家紛紛出臺新政控制物價過快增長,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)如何健康有序的發(fā)展面臨著新的課題。鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司面臨的新形勢,迎來了新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),如何在樓市低迷的一種有效方式,從容應對當前的經(jīng)濟形勢下,房地產(chǎn)公司找到了一個突破口實現(xiàn)永旭健康,穩(wěn)定,和諧的發(fā)展是很重要的。 在本文中,鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司為研究對象,通過我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢進行分析,利用戰(zhàn)略理論以及戰(zhàn)略模式,全面分析房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭,并通過SWOT分析法,外部評價和內(nèi)部評價,全面分析,以確定鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司,外部機會以及威脅,內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢以及劣勢,對公司所面臨的威脅與機會,劣勢與優(yōu)勢的匹配,認識永旭鄂爾多斯市房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展有限公司可以采取的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與戰(zhàn)略定位。定量評價,并計劃利用永旭房地產(chǎn)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行分析鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司下一步發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,應采取鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司堅持依靠自己的政治優(yōu)勢和資源優(yōu)勢。同時,為保證戰(zhàn)略任務的完成,提出了鄂爾多斯市永旭房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司戰(zhàn)略的實施措施,從優(yōu)化結構,加強管理,提高人力資源,加強品牌建設戰(zhàn)略的實施和支持討論。
