【摘要】：改革開放以來，外商直接投資在我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中起到了不可忽視的作用，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚也逐漸成為各地區(qū)吸收外商直接投資的重要因素，越來越多的研究著眼于兩者之間的關(guān)系，探尋產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新出路。 湖南省近年來經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅速，形成了一大批具有競爭實力的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，招商引資規(guī)模也不斷擴大，本文以其為研究對象，主要分析該地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和利用外資之間的互動關(guān)系。首先回顧了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和外商直接投資的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究和實證研究，并對兩者之間的相互影響機制進行了梳理，然后從區(qū)域和行業(yè)兩個角度對湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，并通過區(qū)位熵和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚指數(shù)兩個指標衡量了工業(yè)部門中20個行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚情況，并對不同集聚程度的產(chǎn)業(yè)進行了劃分；同時從來源地、地區(qū)流向、產(chǎn)業(yè)分布和投資類型等角度分析了湖南省利用外資的現(xiàn)狀，通過對比發(fā)現(xiàn)，湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和利用外資都存在區(qū)域和行業(yè)發(fā)展不平衡的情況，兩者之間也存在一個比較復雜的關(guān)系。 為了進一步檢驗湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和外資之間的互動關(guān)系，本文運用2004-2012年九年間湖南省工業(yè)部門的20個行業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)建立面板模型進行了實證分析，對湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚能不能有效拉動外資的增長，外資的利用能不能有效促進湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的形成和發(fā)展兩個假設(shè)進行了檢驗。實證結(jié)果表明同大多數(shù)地區(qū)的研究結(jié)果一樣，，湖南省外商直接投資的利用確實可以促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的形成和發(fā)展，然而在產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是外商直接投資的區(qū)位選擇因素的假設(shè)上，則呈現(xiàn)了相反的結(jié)果，這與理論研究不符，本文根據(jù)湖南的具體實際情況，說明了該問題并提出了相應的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, foreign direct investment (FDI) has played an important role in the economic development of our country, and industrial agglomeration has gradually become an important factor in absorbing FDI in various regions. More and more studies focus on the relationship between the two and explore a new way of industrial upgrading and economic development. Hunan Province has been developing rapidly in recent years, forming a large number of competitive advantage industries and expanding the scale of attracting investment. This paper mainly analyzes the interactive relationship between industrial agglomeration and utilization of foreign capital in this area. Firstly, it reviews the theoretical and empirical studies on industrial agglomeration and foreign direct investment at home and abroad, and combs the interaction mechanism between them. Then it analyzes the current situation of industrial agglomeration in Hunan Province from the regional and industry perspectives, and measures the industrial agglomeration of 20 industries in the industrial sector through the two indicators of location entropy and industrial agglomeration index. At the same time, the paper analyzes the current situation of Hunan province's utilization of foreign capital from the perspectives of origin, regional direction, industrial distribution and investment type, and finds out by comparison. Industrial agglomeration and utilization of foreign capital in Hunan Province are unbalanced in regional and industry development, and there is a complex relationship between them. In order to further examine the interaction between industrial agglomeration and foreign investment in Hunan Province, this paper establishes a panel model based on the relevant data of 20 industries in the industrial sector of Hunan Province from 2004 to 2012. This paper tests the hypothesis that industrial agglomeration in Hunan Province can effectively promote the growth of foreign capital and the utilization of foreign capital can promote the formation and development of industrial agglomeration in Hunan Province. The empirical results show that the utilization of FDI in Hunan Province can really promote the formation and development of industrial agglomeration, but on the assumption that industrial agglomeration is the locational choice factor of FDI, This paper, according to the actual situation of Hunan, explains the problem and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
