【摘要】：品牌資產購買者將品牌持有者所擁有的品牌資產進行重新組合,由專門的中介機構對品牌組合資產提供相應的保證和評級后,轉換為可以進行價值衡量的產品出售給投資者,實現品牌證券化,為企業(yè)帶來更多的價值,促進市場的活力。品牌證券化的運行包括原始公司提供品牌資產、特設機構買入品牌資產、對品牌資產進行資信增級、特設機構創(chuàng)造品牌支持證券并由資信評級機構進行信用評級、出售給投資者五個環(huán)節(jié)。目前品牌證券化面臨潛在風險、市場不健全、運行環(huán)境復雜和配套設施不足的發(fā)展困境,由此提出通過建立完善的品牌證券化法律體系、完善品牌證券化監(jiān)管、培育品牌證券化市場、完善基礎設施配套促進品牌證券化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The buyer of brand equity reassembles the brand assets owned by the brand holder, after which the brand portfolio is guaranteed and rated by a specialized intermediary, and then converted into a product that can be measured by value to be sold to the investor.Achieve brand securitization, for enterprises to bring more value, promote the vitality of the market.The operation of brand securitization includes the provision of brand equity by the original company, the purchase of brand equity by specialized agencies, the credit enhancement of brand equity, the creation of brand backed securities by ad hoc agencies and the credit rating by credit rating agencies.Sell to investors in five links.At present, brand securitization is faced with potential risks, imperfect market, complex operating environment and insufficient supporting facilities. Therefore, it is proposed to perfect the supervision of brand securitization by establishing a perfect legal system of brand securitization.Cultivate the market of brand securitization and perfect infrastructure to promote the development of brand securitization.
