【摘要】：接受大量流入的國外直接投資和非洲最大的石油資源是推動經(jīng)濟(jì)快速可持續(xù)發(fā)展的動力。盡管如此,尼日利亞在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和外商直接投資多樣化方面,各個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)部門也沒有取得重大進(jìn)展。本文對尼日利亞的投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行了突破性的調(diào)查。它根據(jù)部門分析和各種形式的外國直接投資流入尼日利亞的波動效應(yīng)來審查外國直接投資流入的類型。這項(xiàng)研究的主要目的是提出振興政府的政策戰(zhàn)略,激發(fā)公民的發(fā)展動力和克服尼日利亞幾十年來所遭受的政治,社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)。研究確定了尼日利亞投資環(huán)境變化的挑戰(zhàn),如腐敗,公信力和合法性不足,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后,制造業(yè)表現(xiàn)不佳,金融機(jī)構(gòu)和石油收入過度依賴。為了解決這些問題,本文提出要加快國家經(jīng)濟(jì)多元化,戰(zhàn)略性實(shí)施有利條例,促進(jìn)制造業(yè)穩(wěn)定供電,全面消除腐敗現(xiàn)象。本文的結(jié)論是,良好的投資環(huán)境是增長和減貧的關(guān)鍵。在這個(gè)過程中,落實(shí)政府法規(guī)和切實(shí)保證企業(yè)實(shí)施,塑造良好的投資環(huán)境,應(yīng)在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛發(fā)揮。雖然可以確切地指出,每個(gè)國家需要將弱勢與實(shí)力相結(jié)合,同時(shí)考慮對投資環(huán)境的威脅和機(jī)遇,但最佳的投資環(huán)境不是獲得良好投資收益的必要條件。
[Abstract]:Large inflows of foreign direct investment and Africa's largest oil resources are driving the rapid and sustainable development of the economy.However, Nigeria has not made significant progress in economic development and foreign direct investment diversification.This paper makes a breakthrough investigation on the investment environment in Nigeria.It examines the types of FDI inflows in Nigeria on the basis of sectoral analysis and the volatility of various forms of FDI inflows.The main purpose of this study is to propose a policy strategy for revitalizing the Government, to stimulate citizens' development and to overcome the political, social and economic crisis that Nigeria has suffered for decades.The study identified challenges to changing investment climate in Nigeria, such as corruption, lack of credibility and legitimacy, poor infrastructure, poor manufacturing performance, and excessive reliance on financial institutions and oil revenues.In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes to speed up the diversification of national economy, implement favorable regulations strategically, promote stable power supply in manufacturing industry, and eliminate corruption in an all-round way.The conclusion is that a good investment environment is the key to growth and poverty reduction.
