華夏銀行信貸風險管理研究

【摘要】:華夏銀行是服務性的股份制商業(yè)銀行,對國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起到的作用不容忽視?墒欠彩露疾皇且环L順的,其在不斷發(fā)展的過程中,信貸業(yè)務方面遇到的風險問題卻越來越多。從長遠發(fā)展的角度考慮,找到銀行信貸風險管理中存在的問題,改進管理策略,促進信貸業(yè)務的迅速發(fā)展,是華夏銀行信貸風險管理業(yè)務發(fā)展的必然要求。論文的第一步是對華夏銀行信貸業(yè)務方面的問題進行原因探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)由于其受內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和國家政府制度的影響,使得抵質押物體系,信貸風險管理流程和風險指標選取等方面存在不適合銀行和銀行客戶良好發(fā)展的問題。隨后借鑒國內(nèi)外信用風險管理經(jīng)驗,從華夏銀行的概況入手,通過分析華夏銀行近年來信貸業(yè)務的各數(shù)據(jù),揭示了華夏銀行在信貸風險管理中存在信貸風險管理流程缺失,抵質押物管理系統(tǒng)不完善,部門之間職能不明確,風險評價指標過于單一等實際問題,并分析了問題形成的內(nèi)部和外部原因,從原因的根源入手,提出設計方案,在根本上解決問題。最后論文緊密結合信貸風險管理的過程,提出了完善信貸風險管理流程、豐富風險評價指標、設立部門明確職能和抵質押物系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的策略建議。同時在確保發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略能夠實施的條件下,提出了培訓專業(yè)人員,以支持信貸風險管理系統(tǒng);建立激勵機制,激發(fā)員工潛力;營造銀行的文化氛圍,樹立良好的價值觀。通過以上設計,結合華夏銀行信貸風險管理的實際管理目標和管理系統(tǒng)的設計思想,對華夏銀行建立一套相對完善的信貸風險管理體系。
[Abstract]:Huaxia Bank is a service joint-stock commercial bank, which plays an important role in the development of the national economy. From the perspective of long-term development, we can find out the problems existing in the management of bank credit risk, improve the management strategy, and promote the rapid development of credit business. The first step of this paper is to explore the causes of the problems in the credit business of Huaxia Bank, and find that it is influenced by the internal and external environment and the national government system. It makes the system of pledge, the process of credit risk management and the selection of risk index not suitable for the good development of banks and bank customers. Then, using the experience of credit risk management at home and abroad for reference, starting with the general situation of Huaxia Bank, By analyzing the data of Huaxia Bank's credit business in recent years, it is revealed that there is a lack of credit risk management process in Huaxia Bank, the credit risk management system is not perfect, and the functions between departments are not clear. The internal and external reasons of the problem are analyzed, and the design scheme is put forward to solve the problem fundamentally. Finally, the paper closely combines the process of credit risk management. At the same time, under the condition of ensuring that the development strategy can be carried out, this paper puts forward the training of professional personnel, including perfecting the credit risk management process, enriching the risk evaluation index, setting up the department's clear function and optimizing the pledge system, at the same time, under the condition of ensuring that the development strategy can be carried out, To support credit risk management systems; to create incentives to stimulate employee potential; to create a culture and values for banks. Combined with the actual management objectives and management system design ideas of Huaxia Bank's credit risk management, a set of relatively perfect credit risk management system is established for Huaxia Bank.
