【摘要】：融資租賃也叫做金融性租賃,是比較典型的設(shè)備租賃所采取的形式，由于其還款方式靈活多變，相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的銀行信貸融資，融資租賃能夠更好地滿足中小規(guī)模醫(yī)院的資金需求。同時(shí)這種融資方式也大大提升了醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。國內(nèi)有不少融資租賃公司都將醫(yī)療設(shè)備融資租賃作為業(yè)務(wù)重點(diǎn)。在我國，醫(yī)療設(shè)備租賃尚且處于起步階段，發(fā)展?jié)摿薮�。雖然它也歷經(jīng)國際金融危機(jī)和銀根緊縮、增值稅改革等政策的不利影響，但是我國融資租賃業(yè)仍然保持著快速發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。 由于全球經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境處于低迷狀態(tài)，主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體美國尚未復(fù)蘇，歐洲仍受主權(quán)債務(wù)拖累，日本經(jīng)濟(jì)還在繼續(xù)下滑。國內(nèi)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)疲軟，，物價(jià)高漲，信用信貸環(huán)境日下；2009年的4萬億基礎(chǔ)投資，拉動(dòng)和完成了很多基層醫(yī)院的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)和配套醫(yī)療設(shè)備的裝配，醫(yī)療設(shè)備的融資市場(chǎng)正進(jìn)入一個(gè)行業(yè)坡底。再加上近年來從事醫(yī)療融資租賃機(jī)構(gòu)的大幅增加，使得國內(nèi)醫(yī)療融資租賃行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇。政府行政部門也陸續(xù)出臺(tái)一些或多或少限制融資渠道的相關(guān)政策。隨著企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的需要，公司也面臨著一些需要階段性調(diào)整的問題，在這樣的國際和國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的影響下，中國環(huán)球租賃該如何在醫(yī)療融資租賃市場(chǎng)制定適合企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段自身發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的戰(zhàn)略，是一個(gè)亟需解決的問題。 作者希望能夠運(yùn)用所學(xué)戰(zhàn)略分析及戰(zhàn)略管理理論知識(shí)以及戰(zhàn)略研究方法對(duì)中國環(huán)球租賃的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析和研究，深刻認(rèn)識(shí)企業(yè)目前面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，提出適合中國環(huán)球租賃醫(yī)療融資租賃板塊發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略方案和實(shí)施方法，希望能夠解決公司目前面臨的一些問題，并對(duì)公司未來的發(fā)展提供有益的參考，使公司有更好的發(fā)展，完成2015年在香港上市的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Financial leasing is also called financial leasing, which is a typical form of equipment leasing. Because of its flexible repayment mode, compared with the traditional bank credit financing, Financial leasing can better meet the capital needs of small and medium-sized hospitals. At the same time, this financing method has greatly improved the service quality and competitive strength of medical institutions. There are many financial leasing companies in China to finance medical equipment. Capital lease as a business focus. In our country, Medical equipment leasing is still in its infancy and has great development potential. Although it has also experienced the adverse effects of the international financial crisis and monetary tightening, the reform of value-added tax and other policies, the financing leasing industry in China still maintains a rapid development momentum. With the global economic environment in the doldrums, the major economies, the United States, have yet to recover, Europe remains dragged down by sovereign debt, and the Japanese economy continues to slide. The domestic real economy is weak and prices are rising. The credit and credit environment is deteriorating; in 2009, 4 trillion basic investments were made to pull up and complete the infrastructure construction of many grass-roots hospitals and the assembly of supporting medical equipment. The financing market for medical equipment is at the bottom of an industry slope. In addition, there has been a sharp increase in the number of institutions engaged in medical financing in recent years. The competition in the domestic medical financing leasing industry is intensifying day by day. Government administrative departments have also introduced some related policies that more or less restrict financing channels. With the needs of enterprises' own development, Companies are also facing some problems that need to be adjusted in stages. Under the influence of such international and domestic economic situations, how should China Global Lease formulate a strategy suitable for the development and competition of enterprises at this stage in the medical financing leasing market? It is a problem that needs to be solved. The author hopes to make a systematic analysis and research on the external and internal environment of China Global Lease by using the strategic analysis and strategic management theory and the strategic research methods. Having a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises at present, building on their strengths and circumventing their weaknesses, putting forward a competitive strategic plan and implementing methods suitable for the development of China's global leasing medical financing leasing sector, hoping to solve some of the problems faced by the company at present. And to provide a useful reference for the future development of the company, so that the company has a better development, to complete the goal of listing in Hong Kong in 2015.
