【摘要】：自我國股市成立以來，就一直伴隨著過度投機(jī)的問題。中M股票市場快速發(fā)展在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有越來越重要的地位,而過度投機(jī)則對我H股票市場健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有不可忽視的消極作用，，抑制過度投機(jī)引導(dǎo)理性投資對我國股票市場以及國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展都有著非常重要的意義。盡管現(xiàn)在中國股市越來越成熟，在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中扮演著越來越重要的角色,但大幅震蕩，暴漲暴跌的格局和態(tài)勢并未改變，屮國股票市場在成長歷程中所暴露出來的各類問題也越來越受到社會關(guān)注，其中之一便是對中國股市的過度投機(jī)的倫理批判。這是與股票市場參與荇倫理缺失的行為有關(guān)。本文試圖研究的是金融與倫理這一交叉學(xué)科，首先先對我國股市過度投機(jī)的表現(xiàn)和危害進(jìn)行了分析，然后提出并分析其導(dǎo)致過度投機(jī)的原因，以此來說明在金融領(lǐng)域中參與主體的行為規(guī)范是何等重要。從而揭示出過度投機(jī)并不僅僅是一個簡單的經(jīng)濟(jì)問題，往更深層次研究，它還是一個倫理問題，所以在第三章中，筆者研究探討了我國股市過度投機(jī)的深層次原因，從倫理的角度分析了現(xiàn)在我國股市過度投機(jī)，其中分為三部分內(nèi)容，第一，券商和證券從業(yè)人員。第二，上市公司與股東之間的誠信問題。第三，政府及監(jiān)管者的監(jiān)管手段及市場定位問題。最后一章則從道德的角度上提出治理我國股市過度投機(jī)的幾點(diǎn)建議，以期能夠在實踐中有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of China's stock market, it has been accompanied by the problem of excessive speculation. The rapid development of the Chinese stock market has played an increasingly important role in the national economy. On the other hand, excessive speculation has a negative effect on the healthy and stable development of our H stock market. Restraining excessive speculation and guiding rational investment is of great significance to the stock market and the development of the national economy. Although the stock market in China is becoming more and more mature and playing an increasingly important role in the national economy, it has experienced large shocks. The pattern and situation of soaring and plummeting have not changed, and the various problems exposed in the course of growth of the stock market in China have attracted more and more attention from the society. One of them is the ethical criticism of excessive speculation in the Chinese stock market, which is related to the lack of ethics in the stock market. This paper attempts to study the interdiscipline of finance and ethics. First of all, the paper analyzes the performance and harm of excessive speculation in China's stock market, and then puts forward and analyzes the reasons leading to excessive speculation. To illustrate how important it is to regulate the behavior of participants in the financial world, and thus to reveal that excessive speculation is not just a simple economic problem, but also an ethical issue in a deeper study, so in Chapter three, The author studies the deep-seated causes of excessive speculation in China's stock market, and analyzes the excessive speculation in China's stock market from an ethical point of view, which is divided into three parts: first, securities firms and securities practitioners. The credibility between listed companies and shareholders. Third, the regulatory measures and market positioning of the government and regulators. The last chapter puts forward some suggestions for controlling excessive speculation in China's stock market from a moral point of view. In order to be able to use for reference in practice.
