【摘要】：世界銀行貸款浙江省林業(yè)綜合發(fā)展項(xiàng)目是為深入實(shí)施浙江生態(tài)省建設(shè)、浙江林業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)、環(huán)杭州灣森林生態(tài)圈建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略而提出的，對(duì)改善項(xiàng)目區(qū)社會(huì)生態(tài)環(huán)境、促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要作用。本文以浙江省安吉縣、臨安市、德清縣、富陽市4個(gè)縣（市）的18個(gè)行政村抽取的農(nóng)戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，分析浙江省世行貸款造林項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)生態(tài)影響。 利用調(diào)查獲取的數(shù)據(jù)，首先，在對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前后農(nóng)戶收入水平和收入結(jié)構(gòu)的變化進(jìn)行描述統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用DID模型，采用固定效應(yīng)估計(jì)方法，實(shí)證分析了該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施對(duì)農(nóng)戶收入的影響。其次，，在采用李克特量表法對(duì)社會(huì)生態(tài)影響進(jìn)行識(shí)別的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)項(xiàng)目的社會(huì)生態(tài)影響進(jìn)行了分析。 研究表明，浙江省世行貸款造林項(xiàng)目對(duì)農(nóng)戶人均打工收入、林業(yè)收入和總收入沒有產(chǎn)生顯著的影響。該項(xiàng)目給當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)戶帶來的社會(huì)生態(tài)影響主要由六個(gè)因子構(gòu)成（按重要程度大小排序）：社會(huì)文明因子；社會(huì)進(jìn)步因子；公共設(shè)施及服務(wù)因子；生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量因子；生活水平因子；森林生物多樣性因子，總樣本的綜合得分均值是3.019，說明了世行貸款造林項(xiàng)目對(duì)社會(huì)生態(tài)產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。
[Abstract]:The world bank loan in Zhejiang province forestry comprehensive development project is to implement the construction of Ecological Province in Zhejiang, Zhejiang forestry modernization, Hangzhou Bay forest ecosystem construction strategy and put forward, to improve the project area of social ecological environment, plays an important role in promoting economic development in the project area. Taking Zhejiang County of Anji Province, Ling'an City, Deqing County. Fuyang City, 4 counties (city) household survey data of 18 administrative village were based on the analysis of world bank loan afforestation project in Zhejiang Province Economic and ecological effects.
Using the data collected from the survey, first of all, based on the descriptive statistical analysis on the changes of farmers' income level and income structure before and after the implementation of the project, using the DID model, using fixed effect estimation method, the empirical analysis of the effect of the implementation of the project on Farmers' income. Secondly, using Likert scale to the society the ecological impact of recognition on the basis of using the factor analysis method of social ecological impact on the project are analyzed.
Research shows that the world bank loan in Zhejiang province afforestation project of per capita income of migrant farmers, forestry income and total income did not produce significant effects. The social ecological impact of the project to bring local farmers mainly by six factors (in order of importance: size) social civilization and social progress factor; factor; factor of public facilities and services the quality of life; ecological environment; factor; forest biodiversity factor, the total sample mean comprehensive score is 3.019, the world bank loan afforestation project has a certain influence on the social ecology.
