基于FDI理論的外資旅行社在華投資與運(yùn)營策略研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)對外開放的程度逐步加大,旅游市場的逐漸成熟,我國旅游市場吸引了大量外商投資。外商直接投資進(jìn)入到我國的酒店行業(yè)、旅行社行業(yè),有益于行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展。外資旅行社在華投資已形成一定規(guī)模,但是國內(nèi)對其研究基本都集中在對國內(nèi)旅行社的影響和應(yīng)對策略方面,沒有進(jìn)行更加深入具體的研究。本文主要采用地理數(shù)學(xué)研究方法和軟件來分析外資旅行社的投資規(guī)模和投資區(qū)位,運(yùn)用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計研究方法和統(tǒng)計分析軟件來研究外資旅行社的投資與我國旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的相關(guān)性。 首先,分析了研究的背景和研究的理論和實踐意義,提出了研究的目的。在總結(jié)概述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對外商直接投資與旅行社相關(guān)的研究進(jìn)程和成果的基礎(chǔ)上,理清研究思路以及所采用的研究方法和技術(shù)路線,概括研究的可行性。進(jìn)而界定了外商直接投資、三資旅行社的概念,分析我國對外資準(zhǔn)入的制度,以及集聚經(jīng)濟(jì)與FDI區(qū)位決策之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。根據(jù)國內(nèi)的實際情況和外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了影響外資旅行社投資的外部因素和內(nèi)部因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用地理數(shù)學(xué)研究方法,主要分析了外資旅行社投資的區(qū)域分布結(jié)構(gòu),在空間布局上呈凝聚型,,集中程度較高,與我國旅游客源市場和旅游資源市場的地理聯(lián)系率高。運(yùn)用協(xié)整檢驗和格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗進(jìn)一步分析了外資旅行社投資與國內(nèi)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián),得出兩個變量之間的長期關(guān)系。分類研究外資旅行社出入境旅游業(yè)務(wù)、國內(nèi)旅游業(yè)務(wù)及與國內(nèi)旅行社不同的旅游產(chǎn)品。 在前文基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了外資旅行社三大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向以及在我國的經(jīng)營策略,并預(yù)測外資旅行社在投資規(guī)模地域及類型方面發(fā)的展趨勢。提出外資旅行社發(fā)展經(jīng)驗對國內(nèi)旅行社發(fā)展的啟示,從旅行社的運(yùn)營模式、市場業(yè)務(wù)、品牌服務(wù)和人才方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn),來完善內(nèi)資旅行社的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the opening up of tourism to the outside world and the gradual maturity of the tourism market, the tourism market in China has attracted a lot of foreign investment. Foreign direct investment has entered the hotel industry and the travel agency industry in our country. It is beneficial to the overall development of the industry. Foreign travel agencies have formed a certain scale of investment in China, but the domestic research on the investment has basically focused on the impact on domestic travel agencies and coping strategies. This article mainly uses the geography mathematics research method and the software to analyze the foreign capital travel agency's investment scale and the investment location. The correlation between the investment of foreign travel agencies and the tourism economy in China is studied by means of mathematical statistical research method and statistical analysis software. First of all, it analyzes the background of the research and the theoretical and practical significance of the research, and puts forward the purpose of the study. It clarifies the research ideas, research methods and technical routes, summarizes the feasibility of the research, defines the concepts of foreign direct investment and three capital travel agencies, and analyzes our country's system of entry to foreign capital. And the relationship between agglomeration economy and FDI location decision. According to the actual domestic situation and the current situation of foreign direct investment, this paper summarizes the external and internal factors that affect the investment of foreign travel agencies. This paper mainly analyzes the regional distribution structure of the investment of foreign travel agencies by using the method of geographical mathematics research. The regional distribution of foreign travel agencies is condensed and the degree of concentration is relatively high. This paper analyzes the relationship between foreign travel agency investment and domestic tourism economy by using cointegration test and Granger causality test. The long-term relationship between the two variables is obtained. The paper classifies the inbound and outbound tourism business of foreign travel agencies, domestic tourism business and different tourism products from domestic travel agencies. On the basis of the above, the paper summarizes the three strategic directions of the development of foreign travel agencies and their management strategies in China. It also predicts the development trend of foreign travel agencies in the area and type of investment, and puts forward the enlightenment of the development experience of foreign travel agencies to the development of domestic travel agencies, from the operation mode of travel agencies, market business, Brand service and talent improvement to improve the development of domestic travel agencies.
