【摘要】：本文以新三板市場(chǎng)主體行業(yè)信息與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)中的掛牌企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,在回顧和總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于企業(yè)研發(fā)投入與績(jī)效關(guān)系研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從新三板市場(chǎng)發(fā)展總體規(guī)模、地區(qū)分布、主要行業(yè)以及轉(zhuǎn)板上市發(fā)展情況四個(gè)角度闡述新三板市場(chǎng)整體情況,而后進(jìn)一步闡述本文研究對(duì)象的研發(fā)投入情況。根據(jù)本文研究目的及東方財(cái)富Choice系統(tǒng)已有數(shù)據(jù),篩選出了215家新三板信息與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)為研究樣本。這些企業(yè)均在2013至2015年連續(xù)三年公開披露企業(yè)研發(fā)投入及相關(guān)指標(biāo)。本研究將企業(yè)研發(fā)投入對(duì)績(jī)效的作用分為當(dāng)期效應(yīng)影響和累積效應(yīng)影響,運(yùn)用修正后的生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型進(jìn)行回歸分析,科學(xué)剖析出新三板信息與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)研發(fā)投入對(duì)績(jī)效影響的相關(guān)結(jié)論。首先,新三板信息與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)增加研發(fā)投入有利于提升企業(yè)績(jī)效,即兩者存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系。其次,新三板信息與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)技術(shù)更新快的特性決定了它們?cè)诙唐趦?nèi)要追求企業(yè)績(jī)效的最大化。再結(jié)合已有的研發(fā)投入對(duì)于企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響不超過(guò)5年的研究結(jié)論,可以得出新三板信息與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)研發(fā)投入與績(jī)效存在著短期的累積效應(yīng),即企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入在兩年的累積下對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著的推動(dòng)作用,而累積3年的研發(fā)投入對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效并不存在顯著的推動(dòng)作用。最后,企業(yè)勞動(dòng)力和資本投入對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效起著正向影響,證明適當(dāng)?shù)膭趧?dòng)力和資本投入可以為新三板信息與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)帶來(lái)正的效益�；趯�(shí)證結(jié)果的分析,本研究以政府和企業(yè)的不同視角提出建議。一方面,政府應(yīng)增進(jìn)對(duì)新三板掛牌企業(yè)的政策扶持力度,加大對(duì)企業(yè)研發(fā)的政策導(dǎo)向和激勵(lì)。另一方面,新三板信息與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)應(yīng)合理加大企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入、資本投入以及勞動(dòng)力投入,加快研發(fā)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),通過(guò)對(duì)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和核心技術(shù)積累,形成自身的特有核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,增強(qiáng)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的抵御能力,從而提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:Based on the review and summary of the research on the relationship between R & D investment and performance of the new third Board market, this paper takes the listed enterprises in the new three boards market as the research object, and then develops the overall scale of the new three boards market from the perspective of the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the relationship between R & D investment and performance. The overall situation of the new third board market is expounded from the four angles of regional distribution, main industries and the development of the new third board market, and then the R & D investment of the research object of this paper is further expounded. According to the purpose of this paper and the existing data of the Oriental Fortune Choice system, 215 new three-board information and internet companies were selected as research samples. These enterprises publicly disclosed their R & D investment and related indicators for three consecutive years from 2013 to 2015. This study divided the role of enterprise R & D investment on performance. For the effect of current period and cumulative effect, Using the revised production function model to analyze the new three board information and Internet R & D investment on the performance of the relevant conclusions. The new three board information and Internet enterprises increase R & D investment is conducive to improve corporate performance, that is, there is a positive correlation between the two. Secondly, The characteristics of information and technology renewal of the new three boards determine that they should pursue the maximization of enterprise performance in the short term. Furthermore, combined with the existing R & D investment, the impact of R & D investment on enterprise performance is not more than 5 years. It can be concluded that there is a short-term cumulative effect on the R & D investment and performance of the new three boards and Internet enterprises, that is, the R & D investment of the enterprise has a significant promoting effect on the business performance under the accumulation of two years. But the accumulation of three years of R & D investment has no significant impact on the enterprise performance. Finally, the labor force and capital investment have a positive impact on the business performance. It is proved that appropriate labor and capital investment can bring positive benefits to the information and Internet enterprises of the new three boards. Based on the analysis of empirical results, this study puts forward some suggestions from different perspectives of government and enterprises. The government should enhance the policy support to the new third board listed enterprises, increase the policy direction and incentive to the enterprise research and development. On the other hand, the new three board information and Internet enterprises should reasonably increase their R & D investment. Capital investment and labor investment accelerate the construction of R & D talent team, through the development of new products and the accumulation of core technology, form their own unique core competitiveness, strengthen the ability to resist risks, thereby improve the business performance.
