【摘要】：眾籌是基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的全新融資模式,對于解決小微初創(chuàng)企業(yè)融資難題具有重要的意義。本文以京東商品眾籌平臺為例,利用二元邏輯斯蒂回歸模型進行實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),項目的成功與否與設(shè)定的目標金額、回報周期、產(chǎn)品的單位價格、項目信息披露質(zhì)量等因素有關(guān)。因此,為提升商品眾籌項目的成功率,項目發(fā)起人應(yīng)合理設(shè)定目標金額和產(chǎn)品單價,盡量縮短項目的回報周期,并不斷改進信息披露的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Crowdfunding is a new financing model based on the Internet, which is of great significance to solve the financing problem of small and micro start-ups. This paper takes JingDong commodity crowdfunding platform as an example and makes an empirical study with the dual logic Steardy regression model. The success of the project is related to the set target amount, the return cycle, the unit price of the product, the quality of the information disclosure of the project, etc. Therefore, in order to improve the success rate of the commodity crowdfunding project, The project sponsor should set the target amount and the unit price of the product reasonably, shorten the return period of the project as far as possible, and continuously improve the quality of information disclosure.
