【摘要】：正2015年7月,財政部、農(nóng)業(yè)部、銀監(jiān)會聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《關于財政支持建立農(nóng)業(yè)信貸擔保體系的指導意見》,對全國農(nóng)業(yè)信貸擔保體系建設進行了全面部署,明確提出力爭用3年時間構建好覆蓋全國的農(nóng)業(yè)信貸擔保體系框架。各省農(nóng)業(yè)信貸擔保公司本著"面向農(nóng)村、服務農(nóng)業(yè)、惠澤農(nóng)民"的宗旨和"為農(nóng)業(yè)融資增信分險、筑路架橋"的使命,專注于糧食適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展以及農(nóng)業(yè)領域一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展項目的信貸擔保。銀行業(yè)金
[Abstract]:In July 2015, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Banking Regulatory Commission jointly issued the guidance on Financial support for the Establishment of an Agricultural Credit guarantee system, which made a comprehensive plan for the construction of a nationwide agricultural credit guarantee system. It is clearly proposed that the framework of agricultural credit guarantee system covering the whole country should be set up in three years. The agricultural credit guarantee companies in each province should serve agriculture in line with "facing the countryside and serving agriculture". The purpose of Huize farmers and the mission of "increasing credit and risk for agriculture financing, building roads and bridges" focuses on the moderate scale management of grain.
